"This hotel has two different wings, an old and a new building. The better rooms are located in the new building with good beds. The old building has the lobby and restaurant which is more convenient. Will stay here again if boarding a cruise is my priority."

LLivoryComfortable, spacious, with dishwasher and kitchenware, fridge etc. location is amazing and service was minimalistic (since operating more like aparthotel that full hotel). Staff at lobby was helpful when we needed thejr help. Housekeeping upon request but we did not need it over the 3d. Laundry room in hotel. Perfect for our family of 3!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaSound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street.
Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

VVeVer AtcharinThe location was quite good, with easy walking access to the main sightseeing area of the city. The room was not very spacious, and there wasn’t enough space to fully open a large suitcase. The bed was also a bit too soft for my preference.
What surprised me most was when I asked to borrow a bottle opener for some beer I had bought myself. The reception did lend me one, but mentioned that they normally do not because the hotel sells alcohol on-site. I had never experienced this kind of policy before, especially since most hotels also sell alcohol, often at higher prices, and many even provide bottle openers in the room. Guests should not feel restricted to consuming only what is sold by the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuSwanky decor. Beautiful view from the sea view room. Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, decent breakfast options, can't complain. Only that room didn't have a minibar or fridge or coffee maker. I guess I should have read up on amenities more carefully. But staff are excellent and more than happy to provide you with tea or coffee or a snack on request, or you can help yourself to tea or coffee from a big flask they keep in the lobby. You also get a lovely welcome cocktail on the house.

PPengguna TetamuPERFECT. The hotel is central, behind the fish market, next to the old port, right in the market area. They gave us a free upgrade and provided us with the sea view room. If I had known what kind of view that room had, I would have chosen it from the start because at night, there is no better view of the old port than from that room. The room was modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Regarding breakfast, you won't miss anything; on the contrary, there were many delicious options. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to answer all our questions. I couldn't have lunch at their restaurant because they were closed, but I will do so when I visit the city again. My experience was excellent. I urge you to book rooms with a sea view.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s just okay and nothing special. It won’t win awards for the aesthetics and the room is so small I don’t know how I’d manage if there were two of us, it’s a tight squeeze. Staff are hit and miss some are friendly and helpful and others seemed to have an attitude. Location is great and it’s close enough to everything you’ll need in Bergen. You can hear a lot of noise from the room, chairs scraping on floors and chat from other rooms so bring white noise! View from room of harbour great if you get a top floor.

They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it!
Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
I think most rooms can see the pier view.
The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me.
Food: free breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more.
Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;)
Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use).
very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station.
By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

KKit manFor a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.
