Excellent location. 3-5min walk to tram #1 that takes you to the airport for an affordable price. Walk behind towards harbour, you will see Bryygen & fish market, all within 5-10min walk. After fish market is the 5hr ferry to flam, Norled. Train station is 15-20min walk beyond the fpuntain/pond. Room is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4, as the sofa can sleep 2. The dish washer was not cleaned out & the dishes were left quite dirty from previous guests. I did a clean up of the kitchenette & sanitised the room myself. The next guest will be pleased. They did clear the garbage daily & reception was very helpful. Washing machine was not functioning well but you can still wash. Took abt two rounds, and it's free, just buy the laundry pods from reception. A small supermarket Rema1000 is nearby and there were plenty of food choices around, incl mcdonalds. All in all, we were pleased with the lodging.

The location was quite good, with easy walking access to the main sightseeing area of the city. The room was not very spacious, and there wasn’t enough space to fully open a large suitcase. The bed was also a bit too soft for my preference. What surprised me most was when I asked to borrow a bottle opener for some beer I had bought myself. The reception did lend me one, but mentioned that they normally do not because the hotel sells alcohol on-site. I had never experienced this kind of policy before, especially since most hotels also sell alcohol, often at higher prices, and many even provide bottle openers in the room. Guests should not feel restricted to consuming only what is sold by the hotel.

Swanky decor. Beautiful view from the sea view room. Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, decent breakfast options, can't complain. Only that room didn't have a minibar or fridge or coffee maker. I guess I should have read up on amenities more carefully. But staff are excellent and more than happy to provide you with tea or coffee or a snack on request, or you can help yourself to tea or coffee from a big flask they keep in the lobby. You also get a lovely welcome cocktail on the house. 

Hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade after knowing we were travelling for honeymoon! They also provided complimentary champagne and macarons, definitely a nice gesture! Room was very spacious and clean, we love it!

Had a fantastic stay in Bergen at the Bergen Bors Hotel! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at reception, breakfast and in the Fresco Hallen restaurant - excellent food. Great room; clean, with super facilities and cleaning services. Room was quiet, with great mattresses, duvets and pillows. Location of hotel is amazing, and could easily explore great sights in Bergen on foot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely planning return visit - thank you!!

PERFECT. The hotel is central, behind the fish market, next to the old port, right in the market area. They gave us a free upgrade and provided us with the sea view room. If I had known what kind of view that room had, I would have chosen it from the start because at night, there is no better view of the old port than from that room. The room was modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Regarding breakfast, you won't miss anything; on the contrary, there were many delicious options. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to answer all our questions. I couldn't have lunch at their restaurant because they were closed, but I will do so when I visit the city again. My experience was excellent. I urge you to book rooms with a sea view.

房間小，攤行李箱比較難。衞生一般，腳墊毛巾直接放在浴巾上。房間隔音比較差。 前台搶話，我和前台A辦入住的時候，前台B隔着我和另一個人大聲講話，他們可以走近一點不要隔着我。 從奧斯陸一路住Thon過來，定的時候沒注意，這家比較差，早餐也沒那麼豐富。交通還可以，想住這附近的話，附近還有一家thon是四星的，那個比較好

Nice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I think most rooms can see the pier view. The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me. Food: free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more. Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;) Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use). very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station. By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

For a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.

We stayed at opposite of the main receptionist. Easy to find the location. The hotel not really do the cleaning for my first day check in. The used towel and left over the tissue at toilet. We requested the cleaning services second day. Downstairs do have coffee machine is fee. This is added value point, Very convenience. Nearby train and bus station,
