Very convenient hotel near the airport with an excellent location. The breakfast was good, and even with a 4:30 am check-out there were options available to grab a quick breakfast, which was really appreciated.

Extremely central, everything is within walking distance including the light rail from the airport. Clean functional room with fridge and very comfy bed. Excellent breakfast, self service with a huge choice, very tasty. All the reception staff were friendly and informative, I wish I could have stayed longer.

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic. What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.

Rebooked this place after our first stay coz its beds are really comfy, and is strategically located to where we were supposed to pick up our rental car (3 min walk away). Value for money hotel! The self-service check in is pretty straight forward too.

廁所裏的杯子上還有口紅印。屋裡的暖氣壞了，冰涼，空凋也衹能吹涼風，外面零下十度屋裡賊冷，也沒法馬上修，後來前台拎了一個熱風機來，暖和了但是巨吵，就這麼忍了一宿。這麼貴的住宿又在這麼冷的地方，太不應該了。

Hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade after knowing we were travelling for honeymoon! They also provided complimentary champagne and macarons, definitely a nice gesture! Room was very spacious and clean, we love it!

Nice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I think most rooms can see the pier view. The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me. Food: free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more. Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;) Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use). very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station. By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

The room is clean from corner to corner, with a light, fresh feel the moment you step inside. Every room is neat and well-arranged, and the floors look like they’ve just been swept and wiped. The kitchen is tidy, with everything in its place, and the bathroom feels bright and well maintained. There’s no clutter lying around, which makes the whole space feel open and calm. Overall, the house gives off a warm, clean, and welcoming impression.

For a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.

設施：齊全，該有的都有 衞生：每天會打掃衞生，毛巾床品就比較乾淨 環境：市中心，晚上臨街有一些聲音可以接受。 還遇到了火警，全部人都下樓了，但沒有酒店人員解釋原因，沒有工作人員 服務：沒有前台，需要自助入住或者去200米外的連鎖酒店前台拿，比較不方便。半夜入住可能會麻煩
