Hotel Makati dengan Bar

Fairmont Makati perfectly located in the center of Makati, offering convenient access to the Landmark and the malls in Glorietta. Our room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff was courteous and professional, providing attentive and efficient service. In particular, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Govard at the front desk. He gave us a clear and useful orientation upon arrival, and his expertise made our check-in fast and smooth.

There was a strong smell from the hallway. And we can smell it all all way in the room, they moved us on a different floor but we can still smell it although is not as strong as the first room. It smells like paint or almost like gasoline but according to them they are not sure what or where is the smell coming from isn’t it that weird? The lady apologized when we checked out but that is not the point. If that chemical caused a major health problem, can a sincere or 100 x sorry fix or cure it? Safety first is very important, having visible safety measures and following protocols can reduce legal and financial risks because neglecting customer safety can lead to massive compensation payouts and to also protect your reputation. Our first night Eugene was very helpful to bring our grab food to our room but the next day when we ask front desk if they can bring  the food we order from outside, someone from the front desk said that we need to need to get it ourselves😁. But when we mentioned that Eugene was able to help us the other day and had no problem with it that is when he asked someone to bring the food. I am not sure if they are not allowed to do that and we got Eugene in trouble. But that is how you stand out among  other businesses, is you do things above and beyond and you create a memorable and positive experience. The place is clean and spacious the location is great. The hotel buffet breakfast, I think they can do better.

The hotel and room are very clean, and the lobby has a great ambience. The staffs are polite, kind and helpful. However the gym was closed for 5 days during my 6-night stay. In addition, the gap under the room door is quite large, and the light outside can shine and the sound outside can go through into the room. Lastly, the smoke detector emits a faint twinkling glow, disturbing light sleeper.

The location is excellent, and the rooftop bar with its amazing view is simply amazing. The room was very clean, as were the hotel’s common areas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast  was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Makati. Thank you!

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Hotel was really nice and modern with excellent bathroom and friendly staff! Easy to get to airport from in morning as grab is less than £5 and just 30 minutes away. Be aware hotel is on edge of red light district so some interesting characters hang round outside late at night but street is busy enough still feels safe

Sorry i forgot to take a picture inside my room.. but the room is pretty comfortable for 2 person, i booked the twin one. Also there's a refrigerator for store some food/drink, for the amenitites unfortunately there's no toothbrush & toothpaste. Drinks are provide by refill. Glad to stay here because there's so much food & restaurant in this area. I arrived in the morning and they said the room is still full so i can not check in early, but don't worry we still can store our luggage there. Overall i enjoy to stay at Lub D Makati ☺︎

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

What I like about this hotel is the location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. The bathtub is also a plus. Breakfast selection needs some improvement. Service is great and the lady at the front desk, Zea, is very accomodating and very helpful.

Kakitangannya ramah dan profesional, sentiasa bersedia membantu dengan senyuman. Biliknya bersih, selesa dan mempunyai semua yang saya perlukan untuk penginapan yang santai. Bufet sarapan pagi menawarkan pelbagai hidangan yang baik, walaupun ia memerlukan beberapa pilihan tempatan yang lebih banyak. Kemudahannya diselenggara dengan baik dan suasana keseluruhannya tenang dan mesra. Ia merupakan pilihan yang tepat untuk perjalanan santai dan perniagaan — pastinya patut dipertimbangkan jika anda mencari hotel yang selesa dan terletak di lokasi yang strategik.
