Cari Hotel 4-Star di Makati

The view from room was superb. Breakfast excellent with many varietés. The only 2 factors we found troublesome was wifi was weak ( we were on the 26th floor 2BDR) and fridge was hard to operate😅 Other than these two, service was good and staff very friendly. This was our 2nd time at Alpha Suites ( first time was at the penthouse floor) but will stay again if we stay in Manila!

Really comfortable one bedroom suite ideal for an extended stay. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping staff though the attached restaurant needs better staff supervision … many staff seem to be oblivious to a customers needs … waiting to order …many times deliver the meal but have to ask for cutlery or ordered coffee with sugar but no sugar and spoon!  Maintenance staff failed to properly fix toilet on 2 consecutive days necessitating my change of room at midnight on third time.  I stayed for 1 week and would stay again if I need to visit Makati.

The location is a BIG Plus that motivated us to stay there. However, what made it even better was the quality of staff service. It starts when you check-in with the Front Desk, then the bellhop who brought our bags to the room. Thereafter, the next morning it's the cleaning room service staff and the Catalogue's serving staff who bring you the breakfast (just the way you like it!) & the coffee. All of them : always with a smile. These people all wear Hospitality on their shirt sleeves. Definitely returning here for next stay

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The amenities were clean, and the room was tidy upon our arrival. The only minor issue was that room service took a bit longer than expected whenever we requested something, though the wait was still tolerable. The cable TV wasn’t working during our stay, and the TV itself wasn’t a smart TV, which was a little disappointing. Our main concern, however, was the pet cleaning fee. Charging ₱2,000 per pet feels quite expensive. That said, we still enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice hotel that’s well-suited for both business travelers and families, and we would consider staying here again.

As a resident of upmarket Makati, this is where I book family when they visit. Rockwell loosely resembles a kind of sovereign enclave within Manila, thanks to its security, excellent gym, and the Power Plant Mall just across the road—while still being moments from everything Makati has to offer.

Апартаменты неплохие. Расположение, чистота. Но уборка за отдельную плату, полотенца тоже. Плюс есть лишние расходы за карту доступа, и цена зависит от даты заселения. Очень неудобно, что для получения карты приходится ждать около часа. И непонятен порядок заселения вне работы службы, которая занимается выпуском данных карт. Депозит также приходится забирать долго и только в часы работы отдела. Лучше эти вопросы уточнять заранее.

Quite spacious hotel. And walking distance to greenbelt, glorietta and sm makati. Hope next time give 2 keys because a bit troublesome I need to wake up my husband to help me lock the door or need both of us together go out. But overall stay is very good. Very comfortable to stay.

Pool at night has mosquitoes. Officer and caretaker failed to inform us about the RFID access cut off time. They leave us waiting for 1.5hours. Very hassle for our parents whos both seniors already. Restroom has a drainage foul smell. Place and room is Ok, minimalist.
