Hotel was really nice and modern with excellent bathroom and friendly staff! Easy to get to airport from in morning as grab is less than £5 and just 30 minutes away. Be aware hotel is on edge of red light district so some interesting characters hang round outside late at night but street is busy enough still feels safe

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The location is one of its biggest advantages. It’s just a short drive from Greenbelt, Glorietta, Ayala Triangle Gardens, and Bonifacio Global City (BGC), making it a great base for shopping, restaurants, cafés, and sightseeing. The only issue I experienced was with the iron. On my first day, I wasn’t able to get one because I was told they were all in use. I assume the hotel either has only one iron or not enough to meet guest demand. It wasn’t a major problem, but having a few more irons available would definitely improve the guest experience, especially for travelers who need to prepare their clothes before heading out. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Manila.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night only. The location was great, close to the busy area with food stalls and restaurants. There was even a 7-Eleven and a small restaurant serving Filipino food on the first floor of the hotel building. Lobby was on the second floor, spacious and bright with full of light. However, the room we booked was very basic. 2 twin-beds, 1 small table with a small safe, 1 wooden tray hanging on the wall serving as another table, 1 clothes hanger, and that's it. The bathroom was quite small, no amenity and only a head shower available.

Everything went well, location was so nice. It so close to the major supermarkets and malls.

It was an amazing place. Heater is working. AC is working. And it is very accessible to nearby clubs. My boyfriend stayed for a while before he flies back to the UK

Good in general. Encountered some issues with my keycard. It is not working. They offered to help me get in my room everytime I need to get in to my room. A bit of a hassle instead of just getting straight through my room with their assistance. They are able to fix it on my last day of stay. Hope they would prevent this from happening again.

The location is very near to where my business in Makati is. Restaurants, Malls and even convenience store is just outside the property. Very convenient. Hotel staff is also friendly.

I have travelled a fair bit and feel that I have a good handle how things are. This hotel has Best Western as part of the name so I expected a certain level. I could see that the hotel was probably a higher end hotel, the lobby showed high end finishes and this was probably a 200+ room hotel when built. It has suffered a fair bit of age related issues and the room finishes are quite tired. I noticed on floor 9, 3 rooms together had obviously been flooded and not repaired. The smell of damaged materials was quite strong (lower parts of the doors were heavily water damaged and there were towels damming the thresholds). My room on a different floor was fine but I did have multiple legged friends in my room and the sheets were grey from multiple washings and lastly, the area is the seamy side of Makati (Manila) and is not the best. Okay, that is the list of cons, now for the pros, price was very reasonable, the staff was good in any interactions I had and if you want the seamy side, the location....is excellent. There are lots of bars nearby and multiple actually quite good restaurants including directly across the street, The Filling Station, a throwback to the 1950s us type Diner. Lots of fun and the food is quite good. I will mention that the gym is quite good and I did use it. The gym Airton has apparently had the refrigerant leaked off so it doesn't work. I was told a lot of the rooms have been sold as condos so I found the hotel to be quiet, good amenities for a good price but it is tired. Overall I'm going to rate this a high three star hotel because you kind of get something a little bit more for quite a reasonable price so it is a bargain and is not the slum that other cheap hotels often are. Yes, I would definitely stay again.

The location is very strategic and the transportation is very well convenient. Especially if you are going to Makati Business District. And of your planing to go a market which is Pasay Market eady ride just take a jeepney. And of your going to the airport very accessible for you to tale the Skyway. Will definitely stay here again. Must try and stay.
