Booked 2 nights here when we visited the attractions in and Near Clark. The place does not look like your regular hotel but really like a big mansion The Service here is good and we did not have any problem with the staff The Rooms were nice, with comfy beds. The only problem was that our safety deposit box was not working There are a lot of activities to do here for kids. To start, the 2 pools are ok. There are free inflatable toys to use too. There is a nice playground and very wide open spaces for kids to play as well as adults (you can jog here). At night they set up a bonfire and movie night under the stars with free popcorn. Though I would suggest for them to have a louder speaker for the movies as , depending on where you are seated, the noise from the kids playing at the playground just beside where you watch the movie can sometimes be louder than the movie you are watching. There are also indoor activities for kids like the playroom and the game room. The Game room has billiards and foosball, some board games and a tv. Would have been nice if they can add table tennis or darts or maybe air hockey Most of our meals during our stay were not in the hotel but in restaurants we wanted to try out in pampanga, but we ate breakfast buffet at the hotel. I can say it's good enough. but beware that it can get really crowded on weekends. You have to wait your turn to be seated. Our stay was great memorable for the kids and would probably want to come back again

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . Bendix exceeded all expectations. The prime location and comfortable accommodations made for an excellent experience. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in San Fernando Pampangga. Definitely worth it of stay

We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Brilliant hotel in every department. Immaculately clean and service 5 star. Having travelled for a long time and stayed in lots of places , I'd put the staff from door attendant, reception, bar staff, room service, infact everyone with a special mention to the chef who perfected my unusual chilli omelette . Truly amazing stay. 10 out of 10 to this great hotel and staff

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

I'm a bit disappointed with the hotel as we celebrated our new year. The lightings in the balcony were all busted and the front office team and engineering team cannot do anything as there's no available replacement lightings or bulbs during the night. In addition, the restaurant cafe midori told us to wait for an hour for the food to be serve, but we waited for 2 hours to get our orders. And upon check out, it caused another delay due to the miscommunication between the front office team and cafe midori regarding the 1000 food voucher. The attached photo was taken from our balcony.
