I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

Special thanks, my much appreciation for Mr. Joshua who welcomed me with high hospitality, warm face and with friendly service in the evening while I arrived to the hotel, even he was responsible for Check-Out Service. And didn’t count for the deposit, which made me feel so welcomed guest🌹 Hotel is nice, clean, and full of snacks, water, tea in the room, also all of them are free. Small things: the water in the sink going in so slowly, and the shower water has middle thrust. AC in the room works 100% well, sometimes i felt myself in the Antarctica❄️🥶👍 Breakfast: doesn’t have Pickled cucumbers and Masala tea. The foods mostly based for Asian style, not European or Mediterranean 🥲 But all good and nice😊 Philippine and its people are very kind, friendly, always like to help, always speaks with respect. Definitely I will come to visit Philippines again and again, with love from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿❤️🇵🇭 В целом все хорошо, кроме кухни, еда более азиатская, не нашла соленные огурцы, и другое что нам привычно. Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

The place is so clean, nice room super spacious and a lot to offer. Has cooking utensils but I would like to request adding mugs for person like me who loves coffee and also cutlery. Aside from that everything is great super live the place. Will make sure to book this again.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
