Hyatt Regency Manila City of Dreams

Had a very nice experience with the service at Hyatt Hotel City of Dreams, especially when we needed medical assistance during our stay. My 3-year-old son suddenly developed a fever, and since I wasn’t able to bring a thermometer, I called Guest Services to ask if they could provide one. Instead, they went above and beyond and sent a medical team directly to our room to check on my son. I truly appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully they responded. The following day, my son also had an accident and vomited on the hotel bed. The staff immediately came to clean everything up. We were informed that there might be an additional charge for the soaked bedding, but to our surprise and appreciation, there were no additional charges when we checked out. I’m very grateful for the kindness, prompt assistance, and understanding shown by the Hyatt City of Dreams team. They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for us as parents. We had a wonderful family stay and truly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you so much, Hyatt COD! ❤️

Have been trying different hotels in Metro Manila lately and our stay at Hyatt Regency Manila places it at the upper 2 spots.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Manila! Everything was exceptional, from the luxurious rooms to the amazing lunch buffet. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Joshua at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. We felt so welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Had a really nice stay at Hyatt Regency. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The location was also very convenient, with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities — the swimming pool was nice and the gym was well equipped, so there was always something to do during our free time. And of course, the food was really good! We enjoyed the different choices and everything we tried was tasty. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again when we're in Manila. 😊

Worth of the stay and to celebrate with family. The food have a lot of choices and it is savory. Surely a place to stay and planning to be back when back to Manila.

It was really a pleasant stay and very easy to go to. They have their own mall just have to ride an elevator and then you can easily shop and dine. No need to go far. And it is so close to the airport too

We loved their service! We gave this as a gift for our dear friends who got married and they gave raving reviews about the hotel's service. We haven't stayed here personally but we are planning to! So far we have tried similar hotels like Okada and Solaire but Hyatt wins for us in terms of great customer service. They really aim to please! Can't wait to book here soon for my partner and I. Thanks!

We are so happy in returning back to hyatt for the 2nd time. My kids love the hotel so much and we are so happy with the complimentary cake they provided for my son’s 3rd birthday
