TTheBingdomThe pool was the best part of this hotel. Super big and clean, also very functional. Hotel has a beautiful design and layout, very family-friendly, quiet, and IG-worthy. Service was excellent, amenities are great. The restaurant serves great food, but the variety could be a increased a bit more, also quite pricey for lunch/dinner. If you don't have transportation, then this location could be a bit difficult to go out and explore. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the lack of a beach. Rocky shores is what you'll find most times. When the tide recedes, you can go out and walk on wet sand but nothing like an actual beach where you can hangout.

CCasieBamWe really enjoyed our stay. The proximity and access to the beach was amazing. There were no chairs on the beach like pictured but I believe a storm had recently come by. Not enough beach in the high tide to take a walk but they have a nice walking trail beside. Beds are comfortable, room was clean. The hotel is a 15 minute ride to anything and their restaurants are pretty pricey but delicious. We loved the cabanas by the pool.

AAnonymous UserEverything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

DDom_-_BaumEverything was great. But there should be introduced a policy that towels shall be removed from sunbeds by the staff, especially when the towels are placed before breakfast, and then nobody shows up for more than an hour.

Facilities: The facilities are exceptionally comprehensive and well-equipped; they truly have everything. There's a kids' zone, a gym, entertainment areas, and plenty of leisure options.
Cleanliness: Everything was immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff clearly does a very thorough job.
Environment: The ambiance is very peaceful and quiet. It's perfect for those seeking tranquility. If you prefer a more bustling atmosphere, the Hilton in the city center might be a better fit.
Service: Every staff member was extremely courteous and polite. The service deserves full marks. I highly recommend this hotel.

PPinyapatPros: Family room is squeaky clean and bed including extra bed are so comfortable. The room smells nice. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between warm and cold. Reception is very efficient on check in and check out. They are well- trained! Location is the reason why we came here twice because it was right on the beach, surrounded by various restaurants, street food and a convenient store.
Location is very convenient with parking.
Fair: Breakfast in quality, quantity and variety. Some(4) ants from the wall came on the pillow and bit my neck and face.
Cons: Facility extremely limited; 2 elevators which are old and slow. The area where we waited for the elevators on the lower floors and lobby smelled like sewage water at times. Pools were small and water was not clear.

TThipkrittaCleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.

KKungyWe stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.
