The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist without needing to be asked twice. Location is perfect — right next to the beach, so you can walk there in minutes. The whole place was super clean, both inside and around the property. There’s also lots of parking space, which made things easy, and I loved the amount of greenery around. It felt fresh and calm. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the slide — fun for both kids and adults. And the breakfast was wonderful. Good variety, and I was glad to see Indian dishes included, so there was something for everyone. Overall, a solid stay with good value. Definitely recommend if you want a clean, well-located hotel with a relaxed vibe."

"I’ve stayed at several hotels in the U chain before, so I trust their service. This was my first time at U Hua Hin. The staff were friendly and provided good service, but there were quite a lot of guests on the day we stayed. The hotel doesn’t have its own beach, so you have to walk down some stairs to get to the sea. The room was quite nice—clean, with soft pillows and a comfortable bed. However, there was a fishy smell when we opened the balcony door, which might be because the hotel is located near a fishing pier. Breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, except for the air conditioner in the room, which leaked so much that the bed got wet. We had to call a technician to fix it at almost midnight."

"Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "Beautiful New Hotel with Excellent Pool and Sunrise View Review Text: At Aviyana Hua Hin, I would like to give special thanks to DaDa for arranging such a wonderful room for me. The room has a fantastic view of both the swimming pool and the beach. I especially enjoyed the view while lying on the bed and watching the sunrise in the morning — it was truly beautiful. DaDa and Bow kindly gave me a full tour of the room, explaining everything in detail and showing me the impressive design and facilities. Their service and patience were greatly appreciated. My housekeeper Poom Poom did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable every day. Thank you for your care. I would also like to thank Joe, the bartender at the Nest poolside bar. He kindly helped notify me when my one-hour swimming time was up. I really appreciated the help. I do wish there were a large clock by the pool so swimmers could easily keep track of time without needing assistance. At Poloma the breakfast restaurant, Cake was very efficient and attentive. Whenever I finished eating, she quickly cleared the empty plates. She always greeted me warmly and asked how I was doing. Her friendly attitude made the breakfast experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. It is still very new, only about 16 months since its grand opening, and the facilities are fresh and well maintained. Suggestions for improvement: It would be nice to see more smiles and greetings from all staff members. A large clock by the pool would help swimmers keep track of time. Handrails for seniors entering and exiting the pool would improve safety and prevent slipping. Larger direction signs from the main street would make the hotel easier to find. "The room was spacious and very suitable for a family stay, especially with children, as there was enough space for kids to play comfortably. The layout was well designed, with two bathrooms serving both the living area and the bedroom, which was very convenient. The room also included a bathtub, and the shower and toilet areas were separated into dry and wet zones, making it very practical. The dressing area was also impressively spacious. Overall, the cleanliness was almost good, though there were a few areas that could be improved. The floor felt a little sticky and there were some traces of sand, which may be understandable given the hotel’s seaside location. That said, a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping would make the stay even more comfortable."

Trouble with the area and tables for breakfast… the line-up and the que of breakfast, the quantity for the tables for guest are not enough and the guest have to wait….this is my very new experience for the service of 5-star hotel. Though I already paid for 2-day breakfast in the booking, so I decided to leave the breakfast for the last day and find good breakfast in the city. 3.
