Very nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

From the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!! Pros: - Stunning location - Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic! - Great breakfast selection - Food available all day - Clean - Staff helpful and friendly - Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free - Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing - Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!) - Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas Cons: - One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists - No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in) - No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away) - Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs) We would most certainly stay here again!

Excellent stay at Akira Lipe. The rooms were spacious and great value for the price especially during the low season in late May. Service was truly top notch — staff were always smiling, attentive and warm towards my one-year-old son. The hospitality felt genuine and not forced. Food was delicious, and although the hotel is not fully halal, the breakfast spread was excellent with beautiful sea views overlooking the turquoise water Very family-friendly and strategically located right next to the immigration point which made arrivals and departures extremely convenient (you can finish your immigration and head back to hotel and then go back later once the ferry departs - we did that as we had 2 hours to kill and with small baby it was life saving) Definitely coming back again :)

We stayed in the Tree Pool Villa, and our kids absolutely loved it. They kept saying it felt like a real treehouse! The glass roof upstairs was such a nice surprise—we even spent some time looking at the stars before going to bed. They also had so much fun in the private pool. If they weren't there, they were swimming in the main pool or playing on the beach, which is only a short walk from the villa. The beach is honestly beautiful. The water is so clear and such a gorgeous blue. One evening we walked to Sunset Beach to watch the sunset, and it wasn't far at all. The resort was quiet and relaxing, the food was really good, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. Before we left, my husband and I looked at each other and said, ”We have to come back here again.

Saya agak bimbang apabila saya membaca ulasan pada mulanya. Memang banyak ulasan buruk Saya masih sangat menyukai Mali selepas saya tinggal di sana jalan pejalan kaki saya mempunyai pantai sendiri, dan saya benar-benar boleh berada di pantai saya sendiri, anda membuka pintu ke kolam renang Huihui kecil berkaki tiga dan seekor kucing yang kelihatan sederhana tetapi sangat comel Pada suatu hari hujan turun, dan kami sedang makan Kami duduk di bar sepanjang pagi. Vila ini sangat besar dan selesa, dengan perhatian yang teliti terhadap perincian: bahagian dalaman yang ber***a, bahan semula jadi, dan rasa harmoni dengan alam semula jadi. Satu lagi layanan istimewa ialah kawasan bilik mandi terbuka dengan pancuran mandian di tengah-tengah kehijauan dan pokok palma; ia menambahkan sentuhan relaksasi dan privasi tropika. Kawasannya dijaga dengan baik, dikelilingi oleh banyak kehijauan, kedamaian dan ketenangan. Pantainya bersih, airnya jernih, dan pemandangan dari kerusi berjemurnya indah – tempat yang sesuai untuk berehat dan menyegarkan diri. Perkhidmatannya terbaik, dan kakitangannya prihatin dan berhati-hati. Pilihan yang ideal untuk mereka yang mencari privasi, keselesaan, dan percutian tepi laut yang sebenar. Kami pasti akan kembali.

Perfect location on the beach and a short walk to Walking Street. Room was cozy, a slight smell in the bathroom and I didn't get hot water in the shower. The staff was really nice and helpful. Make sure you grab a lounge chair at the beach early as they get occupied quickly.

It has been out favorite hotel on the island. It is still very good. Great location (quiet), sea line with very beautiful area, some shade during the sunny day. Very good breakfast and ability to put additionally beds in the room. However, when we were there 5 years ago last time, the service was better. Just an example: there are pits with water next to each villa to clean the feet from the send. If you are a customer you get used to that pretty quickly because it is great that you don't bring the sand to your room and bed, then you actually need it. 5 years ago every time we woke up the pot already was full with water. This time it could stay out of water for the whole day and the half of the next day. Some people were pouring in drinking water there to make it possible cleaning the sand off. There are few other small things that degraded sadly. However, it is till one of the best on the island.

Мне понравилось это место, как у бабушки в деревне. Домик с виду весёленький, внутри простенький, но при этом кондиционер отличный, водогрей работает, напор воды хороший. 2 бутылки воды каждый день. Отличный завтрак, вкусно, много, аппетитно подано! Расположение прямо на берегу, хороший небольшой бассейн, вид на океан за завтраком. Прекрасно работающий вай-фай в зоне кафе у бассейна, звонки, файлы, все без проблем. Хороший пляж в 100 метрах левее, дно песок, лодок там меньше.
