PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
other facilities were convenient.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

RRubz@We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed.
However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to.
Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay.
During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area.
On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience.
There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.
Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

PPengguna TetamuХочу поделиться впечатлениями о нашем волшебном отдыхе в отеле Xanadu Resort в Белеке. Нам есть с чем сравнивать (мы много где побывали), и могу с уверенностью сказать: это был действительно райский отдых на высшем уровне.
Всё понравилось — от момента заселения до дня отъезда. Отдельно отмечу: везде идеально чисто, территория огромная, зелёная и очень ухоженная. Благодаря этому совершенно не чувствуется скопления людей — всегда можно найти уединённый уголок для спокойного отдыха.
Еда — отдельное восхищение. Всё очень изысканно, продукты качественные и свежие, огромный выбор блюд — от кондитерских шедевров до горячих блюд. Ассортимент настолько широк, что мы не смогли попробовать даже 10% за все дни пребывания.
В каждом уголке отеля чувствуется забота персонала. Все улыбаются, приветливы и готовы помочь. Особая благодарность сотрудникам на ресепшен (к сожалению, не запомнила имя, но очень душевные и профессиональные люди) — они встретили нас тепло и оперативно решили все вопросы по заселению.
Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет изысканный, комфортный и безупречный отдых. Мы обязательно вернёмся всей семьёй и в полном составе.

NNadezdaSI came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me.
The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H.
The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.

PPengguna TetamuPrachtig resort met lekker eten en ruim assortiment! Qua activiteiten is het minimaal, vooral een plek om uit te rusten in de zon of te zwemmen. Er is niet veel te doen in de omgeving (of eigenlijk niks). Wel leuk dat je (gratis!) gebruik kan maken van Sherwood Dream Resort, vooral de water slides.
