everything has been great but there are flaws. only drinking water is free in the hotel lobby. Free pizzas, hamburgers and lavash snacks should be provided for children. Because in the boulevard outside the other hotel, besides water, food and ice cream were also free.

Отдыхали в этом отеле третий раз, всё замечательно, отдельно хочу выделить взрослых аниматоров Дмитрия и Алину, ребята вы супер. Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о нашем волшебном отдыхе в отеле Xanadu Resort в Белеке. Нам есть с чем сравнивать (мы много где побывали), и могу с уверенностью сказать: это был действительно райский отдых на высшем уровне. Всё понравилось — от момента заселения до дня отъезда. Отдельно отмечу: везде идеально чисто, территория огромная, зелёная и очень ухоженная. Благодаря этому совершенно не чувствуется скопления людей — всегда можно найти уединённый уголок для спокойного отдыха. Еда — отдельное восхищение. Всё очень изысканно, продукты качественные и свежие, огромный выбор блюд — от кондитерских шедевров до горячих блюд. Ассортимент настолько широк, что мы не смогли попробовать даже 10% за все дни пребывания. В каждом уголке отеля чувствуется забота персонала. Все улыбаются, приветливы и готовы помочь. Особая благодарность сотрудникам на ресепшен (к сожалению, не запомнила имя, но очень душевные и профессиональные люди) — они встретили нас тепло и оперативно решили все вопросы по заселению. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет изысканный, комфортный и безупречный отдых. Мы обязательно вернёмся всей семьёй и в полном составе.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Бронировал отель на 4 дня, находясь в Стамбуле. По прибытии в шесть вечера мне с широчайшей улыбкой дали номер на 1 этаже с дико гудящим кондиционером огромного размера на уровне балкона. Просто кошмар. При моем вежливом отказе показали другой номер, в другом месте так же на 1 этаже. Так же без вида, который лично мне и не нужен. Но какой же затхло-мерзкий был в нем запах.. Опять же отказался. Третий номер был и вонючий, и с тем же кондиционером, 2 в 1. Ресепшен пытается объяснить, что отель полностью заполнен, прям овербукинг настоящий. Я в гневе. Пришлось переночевать в номере как минимум без шума, написав в Trip.com. Назавтра получил более-мере приемлемый номер, хоть и без вида, спасибо поддержке. Еда отеля 4+. Голодным не уйдешь, но выбор не как у крутой пятерки. Официанты вежливые, некоторые из стран бывшего СНГ, доброжелательные в основном. Ещё делают гюзлеме утром, вечером на улице жарят мяско, ну, ничего так. Бассейны в норме, лежаки у бассейна и на пляже тоже хорошие. Про детскую анимацию не скажу, волейбол есть, анимация у бассейна слабовата, но она мало кому нужна и не столь принципиальна. Мороженое есть, но очень так ненавязчиво, найти его сложновато, не на виду, да и мороженщик за 15 мин до «отбоя» может наврать, что оно кончилось. Спортзал средний, но поддержать форму знающему особенности многофункциональных тренажеров можно. За воротами кроме базара пойти некуда. Базар.. на вкус и цвет.., всё как обычно - ширпотреб турецкого производства. Сходить на 1 раз на 20 мин. Как итог- отель с недостаточной эффективностью системы кондиционирования и очень простым дизайном номеров. Подуставший весьма. Если за недорого, то можно сыграть в лотерею. Если есть что-то с хорошим рейтингом на 10-15% дороже, то есть повод рассмотреть что-то другое.

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

Мы впервые останавливались в отеле группы Кемпински и остались в полном восторге. Красивая просторная территория (с легкостью проходили 10.000 шагов ежедневно), очень вкусная еда и широкий выбор блюд самых разных, приятный персонал, много свободных лежаков. Отдельно понравился хорошо оборудованный спортзал и публика / гости отеля. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить персонал за апгрейд номера до Lagoon Suite (мы заранее предупредили о том, что поездка в честь дня рождения и в связи с этим получили такой бонус), вилла оказалась выше всяких похвал. Тишина и уединение вокруг. Обязательно остановимся в сети еще раз и в других городах.

What an amazing hotel to stay at! We only stayed for a couple of nights, but we realised that it’s that kind of place that we would like to visit again. Staff is very friendly, always smiling, food actually tastes good! Which is very rare for an all inclusive hotels. And in this hotel everything is inclusive - even Starbucks coffee! I recommend this place! Also since it’s a new hotel, everything actually does look and feel very new. Also, their stage is very amazing too, and evening shows are very high - quality. They even use actual alcohol in cocktails. 🍹 (from my own experience i know some of the all-inclusive hotels don’t use real alcohol)

Overall, we had a positive stay. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants free of charge, in addition to the main buffet — it added a nice variety to our experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The entertainment team was friendly and welcoming, and there was an evening show every night. However, we would have appreciated a more varied and active daytime entertainment programme. The rooms are a little dated and could benefit from renovation, but they were still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Overall, we were happy with our holiday and left with great impressions of the hotel🥰
