My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. Her şey çok güzeldi. Temizlik personeli başta olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve işlerini büyük bir özenle yapıyordu. Etkinlikler, gösteriler ve gece partileri gerçekten unutulmazdı. Çocuklarımız da çok eğlendi ve harika vakit geçirdi. Özellikle Hataylı pide ustasının el lezzeti ve misafirlere karşı gösterdiği kibarlık takdire şayandı. Hazırladığı pideler gerçekten çok lezzetliydi ve güler yüzlü yaklaşımı tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Tek olumsuz deneyimimiz revir bölümünde yaşandı. Kaşıntı gibi basit bir rahatsızlık için krem talep ettiğimizde bizden muayene ücreti istendi ve ilacı otel yerine dışarıdaki bir eczaneden temin etmemiz önerildi. Bunun dışında her şey mükemmeldi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

Отдыхали в этом отеле третий раз, всё замечательно, отдельно хочу выделить взрослых аниматоров Дмитрия и Алину, ребята вы супер. Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о нашем волшебном отдыхе в отеле Xanadu Resort в Белеке. Нам есть с чем сравнивать (мы много где побывали), и могу с уверенностью сказать: это был действительно райский отдых на высшем уровне. Всё понравилось — от момента заселения до дня отъезда. Отдельно отмечу: везде идеально чисто, территория огромная, зелёная и очень ухоженная. Благодаря этому совершенно не чувствуется скопления людей — всегда можно найти уединённый уголок для спокойного отдыха. Еда — отдельное восхищение. Всё очень изысканно, продукты качественные и свежие, огромный выбор блюд — от кондитерских шедевров до горячих блюд. Ассортимент настолько широк, что мы не смогли попробовать даже 10% за все дни пребывания. В каждом уголке отеля чувствуется забота персонала. Все улыбаются, приветливы и готовы помочь. Особая благодарность сотрудникам на ресепшен (к сожалению, не запомнила имя, но очень душевные и профессиональные люди) — они встретили нас тепло и оперативно решили все вопросы по заселению. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет изысканный, комфортный и безупречный отдых. Мы обязательно вернёмся всей семьёй и в полном составе.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Мы впервые останавливались в отеле группы Кемпински и остались в полном восторге. Красивая просторная территория (с легкостью проходили 10.000 шагов ежедневно), очень вкусная еда и широкий выбор блюд самых разных, приятный персонал, много свободных лежаков. Отдельно понравился хорошо оборудованный спортзал и публика / гости отеля. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить персонал за апгрейд номера до Lagoon Suite (мы заранее предупредили о том, что поездка в честь дня рождения и в связи с этим получили такой бонус), вилла оказалась выше всяких похвал. Тишина и уединение вокруг. Обязательно остановимся в сети еще раз и в других городах.

It was one of my best vacation ever!!! I stayed there for 3 days and spent amazing time at restaurants, bars, pools... and more. In daytime, there were some activities. I joined water aerobics and form party and it was so fun!! The buffer at main restaurant was also amazing. They changed menu everyday and i never got bored. I really liked adult pool. There is more chill and calm, had a restaurant, bar and Starbucks.

Overall, we had a positive stay. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants free of charge, in addition to the main buffet — it added a nice variety to our experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The entertainment team was friendly and welcoming, and there was an evening show every night. However, we would have appreciated a more varied and active daytime entertainment programme. The rooms are a little dated and could benefit from renovation, but they were still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Overall, we were happy with our holiday and left with great impressions of the hotel🥰
