PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe location is amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The amenities were beautiful. We got there in the cold time, it was raining, and unfortunately our heater was not working, so it was very cold throughout the whole stay. Hope they can fix the heaters. Some shelves were pretty dusty, but overall a VERY GOOD hotel, with a GREAT LOCATION close to Omni Loop, and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Breakfast included, normal but not bad. A lot of staff don't speak english but nice though!

PPengguna TetamuThis has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

추추운 미어캣So I stayed in both Hotel Indigo and Atwell suites. I would recommend Atwell suites if you have the choice. The reason is the breakfast buffet😂. But the facility was a little bit not as clean as I expected. The hotel front desk does a great job in every way.

PPengguna TetamuWe chose to stay here on the first night of our honeymoon! This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the room is excellent! The view off of the balcony is amazing!!!! The room is fully equipped and customer service is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! We arrived around 1:35am and was met at the door to help us with our bags and welcome us to the hotel. I didn’t expect the pleasant surprise, atmosphere, and sweet scent when we walked through the door! So very luxurious!!!

Overall hotel was beautiful, location was great, room was amazing. I had ocean view and it was so therapeutic. I didn’t use their shuttle service though it is offered. Will book again in the future.

PPengguna TetamuRoom, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.

SSeryogaEnjoyed my stay at this hotel. Got a room on 6th floor with a nice side view. It is a very busy hotel, so the 2 lifts get really busy in peak hours. Very comfortable beds and good daily servicing of the rooms - good hotel overall
