We stayed at hotel from 30.10-1.11.2024. The hotel itself was ok but at the end we were very disappointed by the workers and managment. We stayed for 2 nights and at the checkout receptionist mistakenly charged us 50 eur more then he should, because he charged us extra bed which we didnt have. He realized the mistake and promised the sum of 50 eur would be payed back in a few days because menager was on holiday. In few days i send them details of my credit card but i didnt get reply for them. So i waited few more days and nothing. I wrote them once more and nothing. Then i wrote them for third time telling them it was vey unprofesional from them not to answer and that i will wright them negative review and would you now, i got respond immediately where they appologized and said they will refund me in couple of days. Then i waited for 4 more days, got no refund, wrote them again and didnt get answer. I wont die for 50 eur, but the whole experience at the end was very disappointed and i can not recomend this hotel. But if you do stay here be careful when you get the bill because you won't get the money back if they charge you for something you didnt have
