Firstly, please let me thank you staff behind within the reception team as the staff I came across were a credit to your hotel. I had a booking with you for 7 nights from the 10th to 17th September stayed in room 701. Arrived on the Saturday evening at about 21.15hrs checked in, The gentleman behind reception who checked us in was great first thing he said was Mr & Mrs Barrett many congratulations to you both on celebrating your wedding anniversary, that along with the check in went really well and this made us feel special. Up to room Wow !! factor was really impressed however it was like a sauna No problems we can sort it tried to play around with the settings and struggled getting temp down, plus a few sockets in the room was not working. No letter wishing us congratulations Once we unpacked, we decided to have a look around and get our bearings. popped back to reception and mentioned about the Sockets next to bed not working in room and the temperature. the same gentleman said it's not a problem he can sort out the room temperature but sockets will have to wait till the morning, ok great thank you, can we please book the spa for Sunday around 5pm if its free, yes, he said no problems its book for us. that was it. Saturday night in the room was still very hot but we managed and by the morning it was nice and cool. Sunday afternoon there was someone different on so went to collect the key for the spa and towels off we went really excited as this was our anniversary day. Nothing in the spa was working apart from the pool with bubbles, the Steam room and Sauna was not on, went up to Reception asked the team they said it should be but I assured them nothing was on. we were asked to wait around 15 to 20 minutes which will give things time to warm up but we lost the experience by then. Once finished handed key back to Reception and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant tonight we were told this is closed and the bar is closed as well. But on the web site it says open !! so our plans were going side ways instead. I also mentioned again about sockets and was told we will be on it fiorst thing monday. Went up to room and ran the bath as going to have a jacuzzi, this didn't work reported this to the same person in reception, so we got dressed and went out for dinner. Monday going out said to the team we are out now so feel free to fix the sockets and Jacuzzi and will be back later on during the day. We got back quite late and visited a few sites within your city loads of photos, so by the time we got back didn't check nothing as we were really tired. Tuesday morning completely forgot to check to see if things were working as we had a very early start and a long day. came back late evening time and once again completely tired. Wednesday, I tried the sockets again and still not working so on my way out I mentioned to the team about these and i assumed the Jacuzzi would be the same. They were shocked and thought thes

After our cruise we stayed on in Barcelona so that we could explore the city. The hotel is well located and good value for the price. Because of the central location near theaters it can be noisy. Rooms are comfortable and ours had a little balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The man who checked us in, was very friendly and spoke adequate English. The room (room 1) was basic and had two beds that were fine. The shower was good, but they only provided small packages of gel and shampoo instead of a dispenser. I stayed for two nights and the room wasn’t”t serviced after the first night, but I had enough toilet paper and towels for the second night. Coffee and tea freely available and toasties for breakfast could be bought. So, a very basic hostal that would have been fine for two nights. But unfortunately the inside noise was terrible. I had asked for a quiet room, but until deep into the night, I heard doors slamming and people talking and laughing. For younger people who want to party all night, this place is fine. For older people, who want some sleep as well, look elsewhere.

O atendimento da recepcionista, que se chama Clari foi incrível e super acolhedora, ela explicou tudo com a maior paciência do mundo, isso deixa a gente super feliz e a vontade! O hostel aluga toalhas, caso precise, disponibilizam alguns produtos de limpeza pessoal, vendem itens necessários caso você tenha esquecido, tem vários eventos legais, jantar free, entrada free em algumas casas na noite, tem passeios pagos também que são completos, enfim, é um lugar completo pra quem ama se divertir! Localização excelente! Estrutura bacana e completa, mas se aumentarem o capricho na limpeza, vai ficar excelente.

The Hotel was really Nice clean and tidy and it was a great hospitality their/Especially the receptionist staff was really amazing and surprizing and were helping a lot more than anything else if someone wants to visit than sure this place is the best one

Stayed at the Hotel SERHS del Port for 4 nights while attending VMware Explore conference. First impressions was great, it was modern and very clean. Arrived at 10am but could not check in till 3pm but we could place our bags in the luggage room till later which was great. Room was spacious and clean. There was a complimentary bottle of water but no mini fridge which was only thing that let it down. My room was at the front looking onto the main road which was busy to early hours, so you may want to request room at the back if road noise bothers you. There was a wide range of options available for breakfast but it was 8am-10am, would have been great to start earlier as we needed to attend the conference by 9am. Hotel is in a great location as its next to Para-lel metro station and 5 minutes from La Ramblas. Hotel was also very secure as a room card was needed to get in or had to press buzzer for receptionist to open.

Notre réservation du nouvel an a été annulée en dernière minute la veille au soir sans qu'aucun mail ne nous soit envoyé, qu'aucun appel ne nous soit passé, personne n'a tenté de nous joindre avant de simplement nous dire de ne pas venir. Nous avons immédiatement appelé l’hôtel pour savoir quel était le problème et il nous a été impossible de joindre quelqu'un qui parle français !! Il a fallu avec un anglais approximatif essayer de se défendre car personne au bout du fil n'était capable de nous expliquer pourquoi nos chambres étaient donnée à quelqu'un d'autre la veille de notre arrivée ! Pour un hôtel de ce standing, ce n'est pas normal que personne ne sache parler Français !!! La seule chose que la personne au téléphone a su nous dire a été que nous n'avions plus qu'à chercher pour le lendemain un autre hôtel !! Mais bien sur, la veille, pour la période la plus fréquentée de l'année, on nous dit dans le plus grand des calmes d'aller voir ailleurs alors que ça fait des mois qu'on a reversé ! Soit disant le motif est qu'il fallait renseigner les numéros de la carte or ceci avait déjà été fait lors de la réservation, puis le paiement était de toute façon a faire à l'arrivée à l’hôtel, donc leur excuse ne tient pas la route.
