Absolutely superb hotel with even better staff who just couldn't do enough for you. We stayed in one of the suites which is adjacent to the main hotel. Really clean and, although quite small was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel is situated very close to the city centre (approx. 10 mins walk from the main square and La Rambla) and within 2 mins walk of the nearest Metro station. The staff are incredible, so friendly and just couldn't do enough for you. Cant praise the hotel or staff highly enough. The Roof Terrace is a great added bonus with outstanding views across the city and has the benefit of a small outdoor pool and gym. Would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

I visited Barcelona for a couple of days and I literally only went to the room to sleep during my stay. So for this reason, I did not mind that the room was one of the smallest I have recently come across. Facilities were also very basic; no cupboard, tables and chairs, or safety deposit box. The bathroom was also small. The room was clean and staff were polite. There was a water fountain on the floor so I did not have to bother buying water during my trip. My room (106) only had one adjoining room on one side so I had no issues with noise from neighbouring rooms. BUT.... there was a lot of noise in the street with people shouting and screaming directly under my window. This was in January (low season) so it must be only worse during the Summer months. I always travel with earplugs and I did not hear any of the noise after using them but without ear plugs you can expect a disturbed sleep. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (seems to be American themed) but I did not eat there because I wanted to try authentic local food.

Réceptionniste très gentil, auberge très propre et lit très confortable avec une grande cuisine et espace salon. Bien placé dans Barcelone centre, à 20 min à pied de la placé Catalunya je recommande !!

Ruang tamu dan dapur sangat besar. Terdapat dua bilik tidur dan dua bilik air. Terdapat juga balkoni dobi khas. Tiga keluarga hidup sangat bahagia. Terdapat peti sejuk. Mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk, ketuhar, ketuhar gelombang mikro, mesin basuh, semua jenis peralatan makan dan bekalan dapur adalah sangat lengkap dan mudah. Bercakap tentang kawasan sekitar, terdapat banyak pasar raya, termasuk Carrefour dan Dia Tiantian yang kita kenali, serta banyak pasar raya tempatan dan pasar raya Cina. Bercakap tentang bermain, anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Rumah Mira, Taman Gué II, Casa Batlló dan Katedral. Kami membawa anak-anak kami berjalan-jalan pada sebelah petang. Bercakap tentang membeli-belah, jenama peringkat pertama semuanya berdekatan dengan Rumah Mira, yang berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Akan memilih untuk tinggal pada masa akan datang.

We had a bad experience with this place We had a reservation for six nights. To start, there was a dead cockroach under one of the beds. The smell and heat were harsh, and nothing could alleviate it. Upon requesting another room, the smell was even worse. The temperature was uncomfortably high, and the small fan provided was imperceptible. Even with an open window, we woke up drenched in sweat. We requested a refund. They stated that they could only provide an additional small fan or cancel the reservation with cancellation fees. We should have read previous reviews before committing to this place. The rooms look different in reality compared to the photos. They didn't let us know about any of the common areas they adversted. So, except of the students-like common room (with long tables) in the roof that we discover by ourself, we didn't see or knew about any of the other common areas. In the end, they charged us about 236 euros (40% of the remaining charge) as a cancellation fee and refused to our request or booking request for a full refund. We gathered our belongings and promptly moved to an hotel, no matter what the price was, just not to stay. A negative review all over the internet will likely cost them more than our meager 200 euros. Any innocent tourist should be aware of the hard conditions there. Be aware that in booking its says that in the hotel itself there is air conditioning and in each room it's missing. That is the reason we missed it. We felt an AC only from inside the clerk desk. We kindly request that you refrain from providing us with a generic, copy-paste responses.
