새볔에 도착했어도, 리셉션 담당자가 굉장히 친절했습니다. 침구 및 욕실. 룸컨디션 깨끗해서, 차후 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.~^^

Отель легко найти, нас без проблем заселили раньше времени, эдиинистратор был очень приветливый. В номере было очень холодно, очень(конец ноября). Термостат на стене не работал. В туалете не было ершика, но я так понимаю это какая то испанская фишка 😄 В туалете не было вентиляции. На одеяле вместо пододеяльника - две простыни, это тоже какой-то южно европейский прикол. На одну-две ночи пойдёт.

My friend and I stayed at Ciutat villa last week for 4 nights. We could not fault the hotel at all. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and extremely helpful, especially Carlos who helped us plan our stay. Our room was basic, however, very clean ( it was cleaned every day for us) the beds were comfortable and we slept well. We had the top floor with great views. Also you can’t forget the rooftop jacuzzi! Perfect after long days sightseeing! We would stay again. Thank you.

Hotel is basic but is really clean good bathroom and comfortable bed and location is great for exploring . Would stay again if returned as had no issues . Great for being in centre of Barcelona and great little coffee shop outside the hotel if need a little tea/coffee

The hotel is 2 stars not more .. very overpriced .. room was extremely small with no wardrobe or mini bar!! .. the light wasn’t enough to see each other ( 2 small lamps beside the bed ).. the room has a terrible view on the neighbours with no privacy at all .. breakfast was ok .. never again of course !

This hotel is comfortable and in an excellent location, just two long blocks from Placa Catalunya and a bit shorter to Universitat metro. I don't understand the reviews saying this is not a nice area - it is perfectly fine and safe, even late at night. There are several bars/restaurants in the immediate area, and the Spanish eat dinner quite late, but the hotel windows are well-insulated and noise was not an issue. The breakfast (which is free if you book directly with the hotel) is good, certainly a step above continental, with hot eggs, frankfurters, bacon, cold cuts/cheeses, fruits, breads, yogurt, and cereals. We stayed three nights at the beginning of our trip and two nights at the tend. There is a coffee maker in the room, but not a mini-fridge. We were lucky enough to have a balcony room on the fifth floor, so had a nice view of the street and plenty of airflow. The front desk team is very good and consistently friendly and helpful - especially Albert and Carlos. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Barcelona.

The place is located i a bad neighborhood Rooms are very dull, breakfast is poor and generally was not pleasant The worst this is that things were taken from our room!!! Hotel manager ignored our complaints!!! This is bad service! I will write my review wherever i can to help people avoid the experience i had! Not only that. Things were taken from my room but the hotel manager blamed us for lying!! Horrible!

I have given this rating 2 stars because that is what this hotel shoukd present itself as. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Barcelona city and this is one of the worst. For the same money as Hotel Cuitat Vella there are far nicer places available. The air conditioning did not work, the bed was just two singles pushed together and the furniture and decor of the room was tatty. The same in the bathroom, its all to a clean standard but just details like the shoer seal being mouldy and the mirror being grotty at the edge. For the price we paid I expected better here, there is the jacuzzi on the roof but again it is looking dated and the timber decking did not feel the safest to walk on. In my opinion this hotel is trying to sell itself as being of a standard that it falls very short of. The basics are there, it is acceptably clean and the place is safe but some of the staff were not helpful and the room was just very disappointing. We ended up spending more time out enjoying the beautiful city to avoid spending time in the room. Do not come here expecting three star accommodation as advertised because its not, they are trying to over charge for the standard offered.
