Ulasan Hotel Astoria

Not the best. The receptionists were not really friendly. The restaurant didn’t do the reservation for me & I had to always say my room number before sitting down in the restaurant. In other hotels they know which room number has booked the breakfast and they do a table reservation for that room number beforehand. I also had to drink almost a cold Moroccan tea because I was not informed I could order warm tea/coffee at the first breakfast I had. At the last breakfast they came to me and asked whether I wanted to have a warm drink/warm breakfast meal. I also told them the fridge in the room didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it. It was not the best experience overall.

Perfect situated in the city with lots of good restaurants just outside the door. Staff are amazing and supportive to whatever one need.

Very nice and pleasant hotel. Beautiful clean , the best and most coyness I have slept in hotels . Certainly top level 3*. Actually could be a low level 4* New furniture, white company toiletries. Ok breakfast, not 5* but all clacks breakfast things are there. Location should be checked carefully before bookings it is NOT in the classic touristy area, a fair 30 minutes long walk to the tourist old town, pl Catalonia and sea.

📍location: great location and close to many places of interests. There are many coffeeshops and restaurant around the hotel. 💁 services: the room is a little bit tiny though (as I though it is certainly smaller than the stated amount in the introduction)

Really pleasantly surprised by the old school grandeur vibe of this hotel. Loads of beautiful art. Room was spacious and well equipped. Location near shopping.

It’s the perfect location ,super clean rooms .

Position of hotel quite good, near to different restaurants and bars. The terrace with swimming pool it’s nice for summer. The room was not smelling good and the view of the room was towards the swimming pool, so we could not open the curtains otherwise other people could see us

Great assisting with guests and greetings. The hotel gives great help for international guests. Nice and great hotel.

Staffs are nice and location is good not that far from centre by walk and very closed to the park.

생각보다 비싼 바르셀로나 숙소값,, 최대한 가성비로 골랐는데 나쁘지 않아요! 다만 객실을 넘 꼭대기로 줘서 불편했지만,, 잠만 자기엔 좋아요! 조식 종류는 별로 없는데 먹을만합니다!

位置佳，聖家堂，米拉之家和巴特羅之家，走去就可以，city walking 感覺不錯。 衞生很好，屋內空氣清新劑的味道還不錯。 沒有熱水壺和一次性洗漱用品，不過對於我這種出門全帶齊的人而言，不會影響住宿質量。 服務枱24小時服務，態度不錯！ 推薦！我本人下次來巴塞隆拿，還會住這裏！

位置很好，在安全又方便的擴展區，距離地鐵站也很近。 但酒店本身而言住宿體驗並不好，設施非常老舊，馬桶水管晚上響不停，聲音非常大，隔音極其差，樓道和隔壁聲音都能聽得清清楚楚。電梯也是非常不好用。900+的價格來説，overpriced了。 另外，這家和德比酒店是同一個集團。
