The room I got (112) had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. After a long struggle, I went to the reception and asked for a new room. There was a girl at the reception who spoke only Italian... She came to my room, poured toilet salt, shower cabin - ACID, sprayed some smell in the bathroom, closed the door and left. When I opened the door, a quantity of chemicals washed over me, my eyes started to burn, I started to cough... Even with the open window (in the bedroom), I was getting worse. I went downstairs again (now there was another person) who literally told me: you have two options: stay in the room where you can feel the acid or take another room where the heating is not working!!! I slept in socks and a hoodie, and in the end I threw up from the acid. I'm sorry, I didn't get one.

Very hot the room. 😭 no aircondition and so noisy because so many people outside

Rooms are a touch small but everything you need is there. Only comaint is room heating would cool down so became very stuffy Through night. All in all, everything was good.

Great location and room with balcony was worth it. Felt like living in the middle of La Rambla. Service was great, rooms were surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was amazing.

My daughter and I went for seven days and this hotel was perfect! We had a great view of La Rambla (one of Barcelona's oldest neighborhoods). Great food options, walkable to museums and the metro. We arrived about four hours prior to check-in, and the staff was amazing! Fortunately, they checked us in to a room that was ready. I was very much grateful after an 8 hour flight. Overall, it was an ideal location, it was clean, staff was helpful. It has a breakfast buffet option, but you can find a bakery for coffee and a croissant for less money.

Excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Very close to metro and attractions. Room was small and airless, with an aircon that was fairly noisy and ineffective, even in a not-hot season. Try the crepes at the nearby ARTiSA Barcelona, they are excellent.

Hotel in excellent location on La Rambla. Large and comfortable room with excellent services available. Excellent and varied breakfast. Qualified and always available staff. It would be convenient to have a bidet in the bathroom.

The shower water temperature alternates between hot and cold every 20-30 seconds. Bathroom sink was clogged and dirty water back fill the sink.

If you are arriving early from a flight abroad be prepared to have to sit in the lobby with your luggage. They have no room to store your luggage so you can’t do anything until your room is ready at 3:00. Location is a loud busy street. Our room faced the back of the property facing an alleyway and there was yelling and screaming and partying all night. Both Saturday and Sunday nights. I don’t usually complain but this hotel did not meet my expectations. For the price, find a better place that will seem happy to have you and not treat you like you are an incinvenience.

We stayed here for 8 nights and we loved it! Very convenient location right on La Rambla. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had a balcony overlooking La Rambla and the room was completely silent. Rooms and hotel were very clean and we felt safe our entire stay. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Our room was 118 on first floor. Up elevator then walk up one flight of stairs and down another. Was escorted by staff with no offer to help with bags. Not shown to insert card for electricity once inside the room. Room was facing rear courtyard with many people outside making noise until early hours of the morning. Did not sleep well at all. This was mentioned to clerk at checkout. He said that we should have told them after the first night. Perhaps that we should have. No offer to waive the cost of one breakfast that we purchased. We won't recomend this hotel to anyone

We were upgrated to the hotel's brand new appartment. Just next door with a perfect view over La Rambla. Best stay ever, so comfortable. Perfect location right on La Rambla and just a minute away from la Boqueria. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.
