I stayed at different hotels all over the world including Asia, Australia, Europe and South America. This was the first time I opened the hot water from a hotel and it appeared brownish @@! It took an hour flushing to turn back transparent.

Rooms are super basic - not even any tea/coffee facilities and beds/pillows are cheap and not the most comfortable. Breakfast was well worth the money and was a great spread. One of the Receptionists was really helpful and supportive when asking questions - the other not so much! Parking good value at €23 per day.

Отель очень хороший. Все работники на стойке регистрации очень приветливые. В номере есть все удобства, чисто и уютно. Делали уборку каждый день, меняли полотенца. Расположение отеля очень хорошее, близко к центру и рядом есть все необходимые заведения. Из минусов, у нас в номере была сломана дверь от шкафа, она просто не открывалась. Мы просили починить, сказали, что завтра починят, но не починили. Воду в комнату ставили только один раз. При бронировании было указано, что в комнате будет отопление, но его не было. Не было тапочек, а пол был очень холодным.

N’a pas de clim dans les chambres, donc il fait très très chaud en tout cas pour cette période (décembre).  Jacuzzi et piscine non accessible pour cette période (décembre) Personnel, très sympa et à l’écoute et réactif au demandes. Hall très convivial et accueillant. Satisfaite dans l’ensemble.

Das Hotel erweckt einen gehobenen Eindruck, aber leider war mein Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand. Im Fensterbereich gab es Schimmel hinter dem Vorhang.

During the time I was staying, there was renovation work going on and there was a lot of noise. I spoke to the receptionist (whose name was Princesa) and arranged to go to another branch of this hotel, (Sunotel club central) which is a four-star hotel. Thank you to Princesa, she is really kind, attentive and extremely lovely girl. Princesa even arranged a taxi so that we could move around easily.

We had such a wonderful experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Marilou, the supervisor. She was so nice and accommodating! I loved that they changed our towels and cleaned our room every day – it made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good! For just 12.5 euros, there were so many options to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The only reason its not a 1 star is the staff was very friendly and nice Day 1 our room was beside the elevator , you could hear and feel everything , the bed was and old mattress with no topper so you felt all the springs . If you moved a bit it felt like you would fall as it was very unstable . The showers were so dangerous the water temp would fluctuate pn its own from scolding hot to ice bath making it impossible to shower. They were able to change our room and it wasn't much better . The rooms wall are so thin you hear everything in the halls and rooms beside you . The bed was a bit better but heres the fun part , the shower was loaded with black mold , the corners the tiles the ceiling all of it it was inhabitable .The shower temp was not as bad but still had moments of boiling water . All the baseboards were just so water logged , the ac was broken and stuck on its coldest temp . All in all we would never recommend to stay there after night 2 we developed a cough and since leaving have started to feel better Pictures also make it look much bigger , everything is much smaller

Absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms full of mould, filth and nothing like what you see on the pictures. They clearly don’t have a clue when it comes to hygiene by allowing the shower head to clog up with that much limescale the water struggles to come out. Hotel is falling apart round the communal areas with wallpaper falling off the walls and fire hoses falling out the walls. Director takes no responsibility for his hotel after emailing me explaining how our comfort and satisfaction is his utmost priority however won’t do a thing for you except out a cheap €5.00 bottle of wine in your room. Moved us rooms and all you could smell was pure sewage that made us sick most days in a hot room. Internet is rubbish, staff can’t make a decision and all in all I would strongly recommend you find a different hotel. Even the most basic hotels have a standardised cleaning routine that this place clearly missed.

The pool area did not have any shade except for in the bar where you needed to buy something to sit down. Also the music played in the pool area where way to loud, i could not concentrate on reading. The staff both at the pool and at the front desk were not very welcoming or smiling. This hotel was okay since it had a fine bed and were clean. Small room. Fine location. If you do go you should try the brunch restaurant very close called "my friend". This is very good. Also we did not have breakfast included, and this was a good decision as there were many good cheap cafe's very close.
