Stayed here at the end of August for 5 nights. Hotel is in a brilliant location. 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia also a 2 minute walk from the hop on hop off buses around the city. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I left my Apple Watch in the hotel and only realised when I had got through security at the airport. I rang the hotel and they found my watch in the room and helped me return it to myself which I am very grateful for. The room was cleaned every day while we were out. For the cost of the hotel, the location, cleanliness and hospitality was top notch. If I ever visit Barcelona again I would be sure to stop here any time.

A very pleasant stay, we arrived late at night and the woman on reception was polite and spoke great English. Our room was basic but clean and tidy and that's all we wanted and expected. The hotel was fairly quiet, I have read a few reviews about loud music but we had a room at the front of the hotel only 1 floor up and I can honestly say we heard nothing and got 3 good nights sleep. The hotel is situated quite far away from the main part of Barcelona where many of the tourist locations are but its about a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and it's all easy enough to navigate so you are there in no time at all. Every night we stayed we retired back to the hotel about 7 or 8pm we sat in the bar area until about 11pm and had a few relaxing drinks. The two people on the bar a young girl and an older gentleman where absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for making us feel welcome, they bent over backwards to make us feel at home and served us drinks to our table as well as supplying us with some complimentary nuts which never go a miss after a few beers. All in all it was perfect for our long weekend break. Thank you.

The Hotel has a wonderful staff. They are very friendly and polite. The location is more than perfect. The hotel is located 5-7 away of the central part of the city. Plenty of restaurants choices . Very clean place with a modern design. We've been there to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday and the management has been prepare for. They had organised the room with a lot of balloons and small presents for him. Very kind of them. The breakfast was included and it was with a multiple choices. Excellent customer service... So - Highly recommended place of any one aspect!

Estuvimos un fin de semana alojados en este hotel. La atención por parte de la recepcionista fue muy buena, ya que nos atendió ante todas las incidencias que ocurrieron. La habitación era muy acogedora y bonita y tenía muchos detalles agradables como café y galletas. Aún así, la segunda noche los vecinos de arriba hicieron una fiesta a la cual accedieron gente ajena al hotel y nos hicieron la noche insoportable. Llamamos a la recepcionista y a la policía y tardaron 1 hora en devolvernos la llamada. En conclusión, el hotel era bastante bueno pero no tuvimos suerte con la compañía.

Raggiungibile dal centro dopo molte fermate di metro e 20 minuti a piedi in salita. Wi-Fi non funzionante e personale molto scortese. Avevamo prenotato mesi prima due posti in una camera x6 solo ragazze, ma siamo state messe in una mista da 8, dicendo che se non ci andava bene avremmo potuto cercare altro (all’una di notte, lontano dal centro) o parlare con il suo capo due giorni dopo. La collega, più gentilmente, ci ha detto che la camera per ragazze la prendono le prime 6 che arrivano lì e che quindi era già piena. Non vengono fornite lenzuola, solo una coperta maleodorante. Sconsigliato.

Very cozy, clean and well located apartment in the heart of Barcelona. 10 min walking to Sagrada Familia through the beautiful avenue, a lot of cafes and markets all around, fully equipped kitchen. And very friendly and helpful staff, they answered immediately to any request I strongly recommend this place to other travelers

El hotel está en una zona muy céntrica pero es muy tranquilo. Tienes el metro muy cerquita.Estaba todo muy limpio. El personal de recepción excelente. Volveremos cuando vayamos a Barcelona. Lo único que echamos de menos es alguna máquina expendedora de cafés porque no sirven desayunos.

room was nice and clean, good service. located few minutes walk from alhambra so very convenient. however not many restaurants or food options around. have to walk downhill 20 minutes into town. it is located on top of a hill which is very tiring to pull luggages up

Great location and near the church. Be prepared to hear the bell rings every quarter hour through the day and night. It maybe annoying for some whom need total silent to sleep at night. However , the room with terrace is awesome and can have drinking session for some private moments.

I never write reviews but felt this hotel needed one to help others trying to decide - overall it’s a bed and clean room but don’t expect amazing service. Lots of simple things missing from this “4 star” hotel. We had a standard room which starts at around 300 euro a night, very expensive and not worth the cost at all. The curtains are 1 thin piece of fabric, in the day you either have them closed with a dark room because there’s no second frosted curtain (where you get the light, and the privacy) if the curtains are open everyone opposite just looks in & was woken every morning at 6am by the light because the are so thin - not ideal In the bathroom there’s no body lotion etc which is a given at any 4 star so I didn’t pack any. Poor quality shower gel which is nailed into the shower , just cheap. Nowhere to put a hand towel or separate shower towels there’s just 1 hook, odd! No iron and a weak hairdryer. Simple things that make a 4 star just aren’t there The main reason for the review : On our second to last day one room card stopped working so we swapped it at reception in the morning - later on we’d been out all day and wanted to sit in the sun for 1.5 hours before meeting friends for dinner - the card stopped working again after getting all the way up to our room carrying heavy bottles of water so we went all the way back down, to be told “you haven’t paid for your room so we’ve locked you out you should have paid at check in”… As if it was our fault… No one asked us too? I gave my card on booking plus we gave another card at check in… They then proceeded to overcharge us for our stay. We ended up wasting over half an hour of that 1.5 just in the reception trying to figure out why they’d overcharged us etc it’s just inconvenient, we’re on holiday you have our cards and we were checking out literally the next morning, why they felt they had to interrupt our stay on the one day it was sunny during our stay I have no idea.
