19年住過這家酒店，印象還可以，所以這次就還是定了這家，不得不説，可能在一些比較注重服務的酒店住多了，碰上這種歐洲式散漫服務確實有點不習慣，位置肯定是不錯的，去哪都方便，套房40平，沙發床嘎吱嘎吱，我朋友睡覺都不敢動，怕吵到我，這都能忍吧，每天給至少10歐小費，起碼用心點打掃吧，紙巾沒了不給補充，水也是，完全看心情給你，那天留張字條請求她們換下床單被罩，我兩件睡衣在床上，結果保潔大姐一起給我罩走了、到我走，就拿回來一件，不過我也不要了，跟那麼多人的床單被罩一起肯定心裏膈應，退房之後跟我説，另一件下午可以給我，要我留個地址寄給我，起碼還有點這個態度吧，沒有完全無視你哈哈哈哈，所以呢，我的感覺就是中庸吧，畢竟你不能指望他們像我們國人如此勤勞優秀，以後去，還是會考慮住的，畢竟別的酒店可能還不如他家呢

Our stay at Mosaic was wonderful! The room i booked wasn’t that bad in terms of size but it has a small balcony with the street view and room is very clean and well equipped with most of the things we need. It’s a lively neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes. The only thing I didn’t like was their bathroom and that there was no kettle available. Overall, we love our stay and would go back again!

One of the most beautiful hostels I stayed in Europe! The bedroom was exactly like in the pictures, and I love that there’s a balcony, and that clean towels are provided as well. According to the staffs, the building was an old bank, therefore on the lower floor they maintained the old bank vault that can be used for meetings or other gatherings. Not to mention my favorite horse shaped sink😍🤣
I have just a few suggestions: would be perfect if there were more hooks on the wall in the bathroom, as there was only 1, and also it would be nice to add some hooks by the bed as there weren’t space for us to dry our towels and to hang our jackets. Also the storage space is too small for some beds, as I was assigned bed no.3 and my storage is in one of the “step drawers” of the other bed. Overall, I loved and enjoyed my stay so much! And thank you to the receptionists, they were very helpful.

Very convenient location, close to a number of nice restaurants and tapas places. La Rambla is just around the corner. Metro station Diagonal is 5 minutes away. Welcome drink in the lobby for guests. The room is spacious, well designed. The 3 options of lighting: day time, relax and night, are very well thought as you do not need to decide which light to switch on or off. The breakfast is awesome with fresh yogurt, fruits, made to order omelette and sparkling wine too.

Great view on both sides of the hotel over Barcelona clean, good amenities and proper service. Not as central but a short walk from the metro. Not too far from the Gràcia area which is lovely and a bit less touristy. Definitely recommended to stay here

Excellent standard double room at this hotel. Location wise, it can't be faulted and handy that it's also right beside the metro, airport bus route and tourist hop on hop off bus routes also. My wife is coeliac and needs gluten free options so the only negative I would say is that the restaurant menu and breakfast options weren't good for her meaning we found somewhere else to have dinner and breakfast. A staff member who's sister needs gluten free did recommend an app we could use to find gluten free eateries in Barcelona which was excellent. Stylish hotel and the colour scheme in the rooms made it feel up market and more premium. I would definitely stay here again.

- The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful
- If you request something, such as an iron etc., it’s always on time and without delay
- Everything was clean. I cannot complain about the cleaning standards.
Cons
- the room is quite dark despite the lights available
- The view, especially the back view, was dreary and depressing, considering I had a long flight from Asia compared to my sister, who flew from Europe and didn’t need the rest as much as I did. Every day, I woke up to a very depressing view. It’s not ideal, and it's poor for someone who may enjoy visuals.
- The sockets were annoying; one didn’t work, and the kettle station needed to be handheld or changed elsewhere. Twice, I held the kettle button down manually to make coffee because I couldn’t be bothered for someone to come and check or replace it as I was in a rush
- The furniture and carpets are outdated in style and appearance. It makes the hotel look way older
- There’s a door holder behind the bathroom door, which lands in the middle, next to the toilet. I hurt myself a few times because I keep forgetting it’s there and, therefore, poorly designed
- Unfortunately, we forgot to bring our toothpaste and toothbrush, though I wasn’t expecting Best Western not to have them in your room. You have to request them every day. The housekeeper didn’t leave them or free water for us daily, only on the first day. So I’m not sure if she’s been forgetting to give us any, or it’s only complimentary water on day 1.
- The wardrobe is tiny and in such a hidden, awakened position. It was dark black and looked like glass. We had to call the staff to show us. It’s in a weird place
- Slippers: Again, much like the water, we were only given slippers on the first day. I understand the need to go green, but given that we stayed for four nights, it would be hygienic to give us a new set. On the last day, we had to wear our own shoes inside the room, which wasn’t great.
- We paid € 15 additional for breakfast daily €. It was basic but not bad. But the time until 10:30AM is good.
Overall, was it worth the money we paid for four nights? No.
The only highlights were ,mentioned among the professional staff members and cleanliness standards.

Hotel room wise, apart from the room is small for the price you pay, the toilet is extremely small… yet the room comes with an unnecessary long corridor walkway. We had problem finding space to put our luggages.
For probably one of the cheapest and most decent room for its location, am overall satisfied with the hotel.

PPengguna Tetamu我相信大家應該在小某書看了一些特別正面的評價，然後覺得有點假是不是？我最開始也懷疑，但是架不住巴塞的酒店太貴了，這家有攜程會員特別價格，硬着頭皮就訂了。入住以後才發現確實值得一個高分好評。
設施和衞生：設施很全，有牙刷拖鞋，真的在歐洲不多見，房間其實有點點舊，但是不臟，衞生情況我覺得可以滿意。房間面積真的可以説在這個價格裏是最大的了，三個行李箱全部攤開無壓力。設施我給了4.5分，有個主要扣分點在房間正中間有一根柱子。。上床要繞開柱子，有點無奈。
環境：二樓是個夜店，工作日的晚上12點依然叮咣叮咣，巨熱鬧。但是房間其實不吵，我們在7樓，完全不影響睡覺。離地鐵站還是有點小遠，地理位置也屬於環境吧，扣一點點分給4.5分。酒店周圍走路距離有無數餐廳超市，很給力。
服務：服務真的很棒，前台非常熱情，有問必答，而且寄存行李不要錢這件事我就要吹爆！
因為航班延誤，到酒店的時候已經後半夜了，累的忘了拍照，後來屋裡東西都攤開了就也沒拍照。

DDan@1978Hôtel très bien situé . Isolation moyenne . Douche avec portes défectueuses , eau qui passe en dessous . Dans la salle de bain , pas de volet , trop d’éclairage qui rentre dans la chambre . Piscine moyenne , hauteur 80cm trop petite , par contre la vue est sublime à 360º. Lit très confortable , coussin également . Petit déjeuner excellent .

Ia bersih, bilik luas dan kakitangannya sangat profesional, menyenangkan dan boleh diservis. Malangnya hotel dan bilik kami mempunyai bau yang sangat hamis - hampir seperti permaidani basah atau tuala basah yang kami tidak suka. Pengemasan adalah sangat perlahan, saya tidak pasti sama ada terdapat hanya seorang tukang cuci tetapi pada asasnya kami boleh pergi berjam-jam dan kembali dan masih mendapati bilik kami belum dibersihkan lagi. Selain itu, kami tidak menyukai makanan...pilihan terhad dan ia adalah perkara yang sama setiap hari...dan bukan semuanya sedap untuk dimakan. Kami telah membayar untuk half board jadi kami tidak mahu wang kami sia-sia tetapi jika tidak saya tidak akan makan di hotel.

The reception is behind the hotel room which is little challenging to locate (next to the McD signboard).
Reception is very nice, breakfast is a buffet style and have good variety of choices!

DDara TanLocker is available for store luggages before check in time @ 2euro. Hotel is clean, staff is ok. Wall is thin like what other comments said but you can solve problem by your earphone. Bed is comfort, recommended. It is in walking distance to sagrada familla. About 30 mins far from airport, taxi cost will be around 50euro. Microwave is available at first floor and there is a coffee/bakery shop which open since 6.30am. Suitable for anyone who will leave hotel very early morning.

JJessicaMucho ruido debido a una reparación que se estaba haciendo en el edificio y el gordito de recepción fue muy grosero y no deberían trabajar con el público. La vez que estuve ahí mi habitación estaba al lado de la recepción y escuché todos los problemas que tuvo con los huespedes y varias discusiones y de hecho hasta un huespede salió del hotel y dijo hasta nunca porque no tenía agua caliente en su habitación y El gordito de recepción le respondió con grosería que no era su problema. Y a mi me trató muy mal y Por su culpa nunca volvería a quedarme ahí El no tiene modales
ENGLISH A lot of noise due to a repair that was taking place in the building and the chubby man at the reception was very rude and they should not work with the public. The time I was there my room was next to the reception and I heard all the problems he had and several discussions with the client and in fact even one person left the hotel and said goodbye because he didn't have hot water in his room and the chubby guy at reception answered rudely that it wasn't his problem. He treated me very badly and . Because of Him I would never return to stay there He has no manners
