This hotel has provided excellent service and facilities in every aspect . Staff at reception, Sara, Andrea and Gianluca were extremely helpful with any query or request.. Breakfast excellent and nothing too much trouble... Regular coffee provided Chef Anthony provided an exceptional selection of fruit ,cheeses, meats every day Faultless in every aspect Would recommend and I intend to stay here again in the very near future......

Abbiamo trovato per caso questo beb è devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gentilissimo il ragazzo che ci ha risposto al telefono e accolto poi al nostro arrivo. Camera spaziosissima è molto pulita. Colazione super fatta nel bar sotto Jerome com cappuccino e brioche da urlo 😋. Posizione comodissima anche perché il parcheggio convenzionato a 2 min a piedi è perfetto. Sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta quando torneremo a Bari. Unico consiglio che do alla proprietà è quella di avere un occhio in più sulla manutenzione ed usura delle cose in camera ma cose davvero semplici. Un saluto alla prossima volta. Sarapan pagi yang sangat bersih dan enak. Kakitangan sangat membantu dan memenuhi semua keperluan kami. Dilengkapi dengan pantai pribadi dan kolam renang, serta restoran, bar dan restoran pizza. Penyelesaian yang lengkap dan memuaskan. Kami akan kembali.

Booked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least! Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates! Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging! Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!

It’s a clean and well organised place with high ceiling rooms that are pretty inviting. Check in works via a link and requires a mobile internet connection for the first check in. That works well if you have a SIM card with internet access if not, then you should plan for it. We had a two room apartment for three people. The smaller room was a walk through to get to the bathroom. The bathroom looks newly renovated and was clean. The door is foldable though and very thin. The kitchen us shared with others and has some basic utensils (not for big cooking). The location is quite and rather central. So you get to the old part of town in ca 10 minutes and the central train station in 15 minutes.

The hotel is situated in a good location close with the old town to the left and baring right is the street with designer shops, along with railway station and fountain. We were located on the 2nd floor and given room 4 which was very comfortable and had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The only downside (in my opinion) was the only window we had was overlooking a brick wall to the centre of the hotel so there was no light or no view. There were tea making facilities but unfortunately no milk. Vitto the lovely hotel receptionist was very nice and helpful. He gave us a map and explained where everything was on the map to help us explore Bari. He was always smiling and helpful if we had any questions. An added bonus was the weather! On Monday it reached 27 degrees! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break or overnight stay.
