It was a comfortable stay, with great pillow and comforter. The toilets are clean and bright, with shower gel provided, as well as towels! The breakfast was amazing. The room is spacious and the overall environment as well as the architecture of the building is unique and impressive. However, there is no power socket around the bed, only a usb might be a slight disadvantage. You have to take the bus from the train station but they do provide free Basel Transport card. I enjoyed my stay there and would come back if I'm visiting Basel again!

Nice staff and very helpful great breakfast I stay in big and clean 4 bed room You will got a free transportation ticket during your stay I stay there 2 times in a month Just be aware if you will be late check in after 9pm, you better ask a get in code from main entry by email before your arrival

Issue with check in tablet but received speedy good help. Good quality breakfast.

總體來説還是不錯的，除了位置有點遠以外，從主火過去大概20多分鐘。入住就送Basel card可以免費乘坐公交和巴塞爾附近的小火車，值回床位的錢了。很多中國人和南亞人🤣

夜間に行くとチェックインとチェックアウトのやり方がセルフなのだがやりかたが難しく苦労した。また夜に来ると扉を開けるのも難しいかも。

第一次嘗試住青旅還不錯。白天前台有一個小姐姐在服務，很熱情。但是晚上十點回到青旅前台已經沒有人了，打了服務電話是一個男的接的，那個人的服務態度不太好，很不耐煩，沒有丁點兒服務意識。選擇的四人全女間，挺好的，就是床頭只有一個usb插頭，充電不是很方便。但整體來説挺乾淨的，設備也比較新。

I really love this place. Felt like home didn't wanted to go bavk. Great people, top staff...great client service..oh and the breakfast "amazing"... Archittetture, location ...for me I am shore that I will be back there.. Price/Quality (I am actually living now in Puglia, but originally from Muttenz)

so clean, staff were so lovely, couldn’t fault our stay! the room was a great size, was super easy to check in and out. Public transport around town and to and from the train station was easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Overall I had a good stay. It's not my style, but I liked the cleanliness, the friendly staff. If you want something closer to the center of Basel, a warmer atmosphere and meetings with other travelers, Silo certainly does not fit into these preferences. It can be called a unique experience and I recommend it to everyone who wants to try a new concept. I would definitely not repeat the experience, but I suppose these are personal preferences.
