離bad火車站很近，走過去10分鐘，公交兩站路，離巴塞爾展覽中心兩分鐘路程。門外馬路在修，記得千萬不要住在一樓的靠街房間，吵到你懷疑人生。這次給我的後面的房間，前麪房間大，後面房間小。兩瓶免費的水，有拖鞋，有棉簽，很方便。前台服務很不錯，轉接頭也可以借。空調瑞士好像統一的不能調節具體溫度。入住送交通卡，室內交通全部搞定。早餐周一到周五6點半。周六周日7點開始。6點半其實周末也擺了一些了，但實際就是不能進去吃哦。有熱水壺，有免費膠囊咖啡機。充分照顧要喝熱水的人樓下就是coop超市。方便。

This hotel was one of the nicest we stayed at across 4 cities in Switzerland during our family holiday trip. The location is ideal, right in the heart of old town and it is surrounded by a number of shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The service was fantastic as the front desk employees were helpful with directions, helping with bookings, and any general information. My family stayed in a junior suite, which was spacious, well appointed and extremely comfortable. All fixtures and furniture were very modern and in great condition. The room had a separate living area with space for a twin bed and couch. The bathroom was large and the shower water pressure was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and we also had a nice view of old town from our windows. When we return to Basel in the future, we will absolutely be staying here again!

Stylish and great location. Modern (think exposed concrete) and great value right in the heart of Basel between the station and Cathedral (Munster). Food fine but more 4 than 5 star, which was fine. Beds particularly comfortable. Lois could do with a little more privacy.

I stayed at the Hotel Euler for 5 nights with my Father earlier this month. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for our daily trips on the train to a nearby village to visit family. Service in the hotel was very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Two very minor comments are, firstly, that at breakfast it would have been nice if used plates/bowls had been cleared as we worked our way through the very good breakfast buffet. Secondly, there was only one pillow on the bed when we arrived and we had to ask for more. I think perhaps there could be two pillows as standard. We used the bar/lounge most evenings during our stay and it was a very nice, relaxed atmosphere especially with the pianist playing most evenings. No complaints at all and would certainly return if the opportunity arises. many thanks for making the Hotel a very pleasant place to stay.

The hotel is in an excellent position, very close to the beautiful river Rhine and approximately 5 mins to the old town. Lots of restaurants close by. Our room was on the 5th floor, spacious and bright with two double windows. Tea/coffee, kettle, fridge and safety deposit box. Comfy large bed, A/C not the best, the room didn’t cool down to a satisfactory level. Very quiet considering the location. Excellent shower and soft bath towels, lighting in the bathroom could be improved as it was quite dark. Good quality buffet style breakfast with a varied selection of hot and cold food served in the bright lobby area. No bar or outside seating. Staff were professional, the whole hotel was spotless.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer zum Patio (Lounge Innenhof)gelegen. Es war sehr ruhig und hübsch ausgestattet. Elktr. Jalousien, Leise Klimaanlage, leiser Kühlschrank mit einer umfangreichen Getränke und Snack Füllung. Eine riesige komfortable Dusche in einem hellen, sauberen Bad aus Glas bis zur hohen Decke. ( Mit nach Wunsch zuziehbarem, weißen, luftig leichten Vorhang konnte man für mehr Diskretion Sorgen. Das ganze Hotel ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Kaffee steht in den Zimmern und im Foyer durch Nespresso Maschinen zur Verfügung. Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit viel Auswahl. Zur Auswahl gab es Leckeren Filterkaffee und Nespresso am Automat.

Удобное расположение - до вокзала минут 5 на 30 автобусе, ходит часто, остановка в шаге. Рядом шикарные ворота Spalentor, за ними практически начинается шопинговое пространство и центр. До остановки 50 автобуса в аэропорт пройти минут 5. Персонал в отеле очень приветливый, на ресепшн пряники, водичка, конфетки, открытки, буклеты, карты. Заселили раньше положенного, поздний выезд без доплат до 12, далее 50 Франков. Дали basel card: бесплатный транспорт, в т.ч. до аэропорта, и 50% скидка на музеи. Там также код для входа в отель после 22 (или 23, уже точно не вспомню), когда на ресепшене нет никого. Завтрак отличный, сыров видов 7, нарезка, овощи, горячее, соки, воды, джемы, фрукты, можно заказать яичницу, омлет, кофе и пр., на 5 этаже с красивыми видами, небольшое помещение. Номер уютный, тапки, халаты, минибар, много разных люстр и светильников. Тихо. Тв туча программ, наших нету. Одеяла отличные, подушки так себе. Итог: рекомендую.

If you are looking for a downgraded experience this is your place! This is no front desk staff so you get to check yourself in (and make your own keycard). There is no restaurant - it has been replaced with a coffee machine and a basket of croissants. The rooms are hot as hades and are only cleaned upon request. Good luck if you need anything from an extra towel to help requesting a cab... Be aware - many sites still advertise that this is a Sorell hotel - but it has clearly been sold and is no longer part of the Sorell group of hotels. It makes me sad as this used to be a lovely spot to stay right on the river....

My husband and I spent 10 nights here. Fabulous location, close to train station. 20 minute walk to city centre. Tram service superb. MIGROS in train station a great place to get an inexpensive meal. What is best of all about this hotel is the staff. Layla at front desk is fantastic. For one so young, her knowledge and her ability to interact with everyone is excellent. She is terrific. Cedric is also amazing. Hennadii is also very good. In the restaurant next door (Euler) where we had breakfast (there are 3 hotels under one ownership) , we had superb service by Tassimina and Cristina. We so enjoyed them and it was always a great start to the day. Good breakfast. Metropol rooms are not air conditioned, only on Floor 7 and 8. Suggest booking there if weather is warm. Most of Switzerland is not air-conditioned. Beds are comfortable, pillows are VERY good. Windows open wide to ventilate. We felt price of room was very high.

酒店在小巴塞爾，雖然不是老城區，但是也不遠，出門就有電車，贈送了免費的巴塞爾卡，博物館半價，坐車免費，很方便，房間很新，舒服，雖然説的中文服務沒有，但是也沒有影響交流，出門就是會展中心，就是説的贈送睡

We only spent one night in Basel but thoroughly enjoyed it. This hotel helped make for a great stay. Traveling with five has had us mostly staying in Airbnb’s and a hotel is never as spacious. But we fit adequately in one of their rooms. The staff spoke perfect English and were incredibly helpful and kind. It was an easy 10-15 min walk to the Rhine for a swim on a hot afternoon and right across from one of the train stations - which also just happened to be near where we rented a car for the next leg of our journey. Very convenient!
