Hotel di Vorstädte, Basel

The location is very close to the old town, 5min walk. It only takes about 15min to walk from the central station to the hotel. The overall facilities are very new and should be new. Customer service is also very enthusiastic to help guests.

This hotel left a very deep impression on me, the room was spacious and clean, the front desk restaurant gym service was very good, it was an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism. Comfort five stars, recommend friends who come to Basel for vacation/business. The hotel's hardware facilities include guest rooms, restaurants, gyms, gardens and more.

There is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.

The facilities were clean,housekeeping were friendly and respectful,wi fi was very functional,Bartenders and receptionist were friendly and helpful,i wont forget Rufat and Melina for their kind gestures at the bar.😊

The room was spacious, the design was comfortable and there was a free Minibar. Breakfast was well prepared and the staff was friendly. Located in the center, there would be a little party music at night.

The hotel is located at a beautiful neighborhood and it is very convenient. On top of that, staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Very beautiful hostel in Basel. Best quality/value coherence. Super green and stylish design. You have a lot of space where to rest: lobby, terrace or garden. I lived in the quadrille room on the second floor. Shower and toilet are located on a general floor, nor in your private room, but still place is spacious and you have a lot of variants where to go

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they were able to communicate in English, which was very helpful. I would like to express my gratitude to Sina and the rest of the staff for their assistance in planning and organizing our last-minute travels. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a variety of halal options. We experienced a slightly uncomfortable night due to a malfunctioning air cooler, but the staff promptly provided us with fans to alleviate the situation. Overall, it was a brilliant location, and I would stay again.

Although the front desk is not the same as the hotel check-in location (1 min walking) but the front desk staff is very friendly and the price is good in Switzerland!
