Visiting family in the area and stayed for 1 night . Everything perfect , rooms clean very helpful staff who gave us a room on the ground floor for my elderly mum. Breakfast was great and had plenty of variety. A very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend if in the area

We stopped here to go to a concert at the Anvil. Wish we’d taken taxi as I couldn’t find the access to the carpark , would have been extremely stressful if we hadn’t been with friends. The inn. was a decent enough place to stay and the evening food in the beefeater next door was fine and they obliged with a quick turnaround. However the breakfast was lukewarm and the issuer was set for anemic toast and a second pass meant it singed. The orange juice was replaced by orange and pineapple squash. Not an acceptable change in my opinion

Clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff which was good value for money. Great location at Basingstoke Leisure Park which as lots of activities on offer for all the family. The local Museum had a SteamPunk convention which was great fun. Will definitely stay again.

A great place to stay. Rooms are always clean and everything works as it should. Lauren and Sue on reception are a great asset to the Premier Inn. Booking in is made so easy whatever time you arrive and the welcome that you get is so genuine that you feel glad to be there.

The hotel was perfectly situated for my work The staff were very friendly and helpful The room was very clean and functional There was plenty of parking including disabled spaces The restaurant was very nice

Excelent location, plenty of car parking close to a lot of attraction points. The mattress was great, the room very quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly professional and attentive to my needs. Thank you all. Definitely stay here!

The bathroom was full of mould, the ceiling, bathroom tiles and all around the rim of the soap was thick furry mould - I have plenty of photos. The one pillow each was so uncomfortable I had to use the rolled up spare single duvet and it was freezing using the tiny wall heater flicked on manually in the corner to try to heat the whole room and it didn’t. Very noisy with traffic noise so terrible nights sleep. Lovely staff, good price but when you can’t use the bathroom for mould and don’t sleep then it needs to be very cheap.

The Premier Inn in Basingstoke is conveniently located on the ring road and situated on the leisure park so entertainment is close by. A comfortable hotel providing a good night's sleep and competitively priced. Restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel.

The temp was 18’ and took ages to warm to 20’. There was live acoustic guitar music coming from somewhere and I couldn’t drown it out with pink noise on my phone. The bathroom fan measured at 66dB and felt like a plane taking off. As always, the bottom sheet is not long enough and rucks up for tall people like me.
