Dear Sir. Joven of Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa, I am writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during our recent stay at Canyon Cove Hotel And Spa. You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would like to thank you and your staff for providing excellent service and for creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I'm rating Cocoons a 5 out 5 firstly because of the very attentive, well-informed, and approachable employees. The Cocoon itself is relatively small, but that's the main reason why it's called a cocoon and this is a glamping concept hotel. They replenish the toiletries, coffee, water inside the room on a daily basis. They change towels upon request which is good as I'm not a fan of hanging towels outside hotel rooms. The internet is not good, we had to use our prepaid wifi during our stay. The bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and of good quality. It would be better if there are at least hooks for clothes inside the rooms. Floor rug should also be in the room upon check-in, we had to request it but they gave it right away. If there's a way to address the hanging of clothes and towels outside the rooms that would be good as it takes away the beauty of the cocoons. Maybe a cloth string behind cocoons, not sure if that would work. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are common toilets near cocoons so finding one won't be a hassle. Pools were heated and clean. Shore is also clean and definitely ”swimmable”. Breakfast at The Sands was okay, but breakfast at Captain Barbozza was amazing! Had dinner at Captain B twice and loved the food, drinks, and ambience. 10/10! Overall it was a great glamping experience.

Went to The Farm for the very first time and I fall in love with them because of their Sound Healing activity with LJ Navera. Even our room has NO Hot shower, and even they did not fixed it at the end of the stay, I appreciate their place because of the sound bath of LJ. He is a true professional artist of his craft and having him there is really one of a kind experience The week after I recommend the farm to my friends who wanted to experience Sound Healing from LJ Navera but he isn't there anymore. I don't know what happened but seems like the farm removed this activity from their lists and it's really heartbreaking Without the sound Bath we just saw this farm as an overrated, overpriced place. If u want a massage get ready to pay minimum of 10K php. And BTW we still have the issue of no HOT Shower on our 2nd visit.

Staying here is somewhat a very rare experience. It is nearby the SM Batangas. With regards to their services, it is normal that sometimes due to scarcity of employee( only one employee is on the front desk ) , their services is not what you think to be that fast. One thing more there must be bucket and cup always available at the shower room/ comfort room to be used. There must be a water dispenser on every floors. Matbe thats all.

We booked to join friends as we were in Mabini area. Website talks about a luxury resort with a long list of amenities and activities. Well done photos make look like it has a lovely sand beach. No such thing. The sand is grey and is on a platform before getting to the sea. Some pebbles and mostly broken and eroded coral. Reality is somewhat different from luxury. Bling- bling small resort who tries hard to do everything but doesn’t do any very well. Rooms were comfortable for a 2-3star and had been renovated , but the advertised « sea view » was through a smallish side window. For all rooms. Plumbing needs rework. But a full minibar at decent prices was a nice amenity. Staff was generally nice, but generally lacking training and direction. Food comes from a rather basic and not very hygienic small kitchen and takes a long time to be delivered to either restaurant or other places. However, they will serve you anywhere you want in the resort, which is nice. Overall all staff very pleasant and accommodating. Food itself was very average and many items not available. At times the staff returned 2-3 times to say sorry not available. Huge portions made for 4-5 persons resulted in a lot of wastage. Probably better suited for Filipino families, like the rest of the resort. Definitely not for well traveled foreigners. At each meal staff gave us some complimentary drinks, which was nice, although not needed. Dive was OK, but diving center is a joke. Boat staff helpful and pleasant. So, overall it needs a lot of cleaning up, more focus and competent management. Meanwhile there are so many better resorts in Mabini area.

I'd like to graciously comment that to some extent, we had a good and fulfilling stay except for an uncomfortable experience in meeting a few ”defensive” staff of Jack Daniel Apartments. I would kindly suggest that next time, please welcome your guests warmly first before telling it to their face the cost of (e.g.) extra mattress for each night, missing bath towel, etc. I think it's intimidating to confront the guests with ”this and that prices” when they have just arrived. I regret to say that some staff were defensive in their explanation. Another intimidating act was the suggestion of Ms. Jocie for us to book another room with two superior bedrooms, when our booking confirmation stated 4 adults and 4 children. It was just relieving when she finally honoured the Agoda Booking Confirmation, but not after hours of long discussions 😢. Anyhow, I wasn't very glad to pay Php 2,000. for two extra mattresses for our additional two school children; and even this amount is high. We liked the swimming pool and the gardens. The property must have seen long years but well maintained. Despite my experience with a few intimidating staff, I'd like to thank Jack Daniel Apartments.

This is a great boutique hotel with spacious villas suitable for our family. The pool is great, happy hour is a blast 4-6pm daily and rooms are comfortable. The ate at their restaurant every night and food was good. During the day we took the boat which cost approx 3k for 4 hours and did island hopping. The stairs in the resort to your room is a challenge so if you have limited mobility then avoid but we had no issue with it.

It's my first time in Solano Hotel, around 2nd week of March. Customer service is great! Everyone greets you with a smile plus they respond quickly to requests making sure needs are taken cared of for their guests. What i like most during my stay was the roof deck experience. You can see 360 degree-view of Lipa, with all the nearby mountains. The scenic view gives you perfect sight of sunset, and of course the bonus feeling of peace of mind.

Lovely to return to one of my favourite hotels in the Philippines.I love the location of Blue Crystal; away from all the hustle and bustle of Sabang and Puerto Galera. The friendly, helpful staff are still working at the resort and worked hard to make my stay a very pleasant one. I look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

Tremendously enjoyed our family trip at CaSoBe. Location is quite far, but the trip is worth it. Hotel and facilities are clean. Service is great. The only downside we experienced was that the room vault was malfunctioning. The staff were very helpful to attend to our concern. The best features of the place would be the Aquaria Water Park and the beach.
