The breakfast was great ! Room was awesome we brought kids got the suite perfect for kids to have the living room and parents have a room to themselves ... definitely staying here again

Check in was flawless! Walking to the room there was a smell and it was loud but those things are excusable. There had been some repairs made over the years but they weren’t done well. Poor craftsmanship. Waking up to a roach next to my bed in the morning was the last straw.

TownePlace was perfect for our needs at this time. It is a pet friendly hotel so the couch and ottoman have some tatters low to the floor but everything is clean. It would be nice if there was a luggage rack in the room so we wouldn’t have to bend over so far (we’re older and have back issues) but all in all it’s great for our needs.

The first room #330, that I stayed in, had very low lighting and 3 flickering lights! One thin band of light over the desk wouldn’t stop flickering and could not be shut off. The shower stall leaked all over the bathroom floor, everyday! I had to throw towels on the floor everyday! The 5th day, day the ceiling cracked (3rd floor) with rain water all over the floor fridge, counters and floor! I had to switch rooms at 11PM and move to #328. Not fun! Not much sleep! Then the second room had even weaker lighting especially in the kitchen! So depressing lighting in both rooms! This new room had a crack starting in the ceiling also, but no leaks yet. This room’s bath also leaked through the shower glass door all over again needing towels on the floor. I complained to the manager, who seemed unapologetic and unconcerned. I mean how much mold between bath shower floors do they want. I won’t ever stay there til I know these repairs will have actually taken place! This should not be a Marriott property

Breakfast was very good and greatly appreciated the hot meal. I wish there was a restaurant for dinner as well because there is nothing in the area especially when you visit from our of state and don't have a car.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were separate bedrooms and nice and clean. I recommend a bigger trash can in kitchen area. Also the guy at the desk was rude to my friend when she went to get sheets. Other then that 9/10 recommended. I'm not staying anywhere else!

It was fine. I would rather pay more and get a cozier feel. I would describe it as a bit “echo-y”. The parking area was small (I had to park far away in severe weather) and not well lit. It didn’t feel secure, perhaps more lighting would help. I just couldn't sleep there; trying a step up next time.

Good area by the mall of Louisiana. But the ad said it hadxa hot tub, but did not. The pool was indoors, unlike most on area,but was not heated and unswimmable. The 3 pieces of fitness equipment did not work properly. The **** smell in the hallway was overwhelming . The room itself was a 4.5 however.

This place was very nice!! the room was clean and comfortable! The young man who checked us is was very nice!!
