During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? Located within the prime area (Batu Burok Beach, Kuala Terengganu City Centre, Kedai Payang & latest attraction for Terengganu, the lift bridge). Unfortunately, the hotel management really needs to review a major refurbishment project. Need to improve the quality of the service and also the interior design for the room. To revive back this hotel after this pandemic, the management should engage the right parties/person to bring back the glory days of the hotel.

Saya suka lokasi hotel yang berdekatan dengan pantai. Kemudahannya cukup lama tetapi tidak mengapa dengan saya. Tekanan air juga sangat baik. Biliknya luas, bersih dan penghawa dingin sangat bagus. Semoga mereka mengekalkan kualiti seperti ini selama-lamanya. Pasti akan datang tinggal di sana lagi pada lawatan seterusnya.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan layanan dari staf. Anak sangat suka mandi kolam. Kebetulan hari yang kami pergi sehari sebelum puasa, jadi tiada orang yang mandi. Satu kolam untuk kami. Bilik pun sangat luas dan berbaloi dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Pintu depan menghadap kolam. Pintu belakang menghadap pantai. Parking pun berbumbung. Keseluruhannya sangat berpuas hati.

We love the room! Location wise, it wasn't so difficult to find. There's a Tealive outlet downstairs and free designated parking for hotel customers, which we are very thankful for. The hotel has elevators, so its definitely great for people with large suitcases, little kids, or elderly. Room has hot shower, bidet, clothing hangars, clean towels, and TV. It also comes with complimentary shampoo/body wash, tea/coffee making corner, and bottled mineral water. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok, blanket is thick enough, and air-conditioner is also functioning well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy; there's deposit collected so please remember to bring cash. Worth the money, lovely stay, and also near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. Room doesn't have an iron/ironboard but there's an ironing corner at the hallway for our level.

Kemudahan sesuai dengan harga. Bilik luas dan selesa. Cuma lampu bilik air agak malap dan keadaan fizikal bangunan nampak sedikit usang. Jika dicat semula akan nampak lebih ceria.
