Hotel 3 Bintang di Batu Caves

The triple room was huge and clean, Aircond was cold, parking was free. A good place to stay, will surely come back. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor when you exit the lift turn left.. highly recommended. They have kettle, fridge and tv that works well, the WiFi was good and fast as well

I have been staying here quite frequently. Perhaps a few times a year. I love the location and the staff there are all very friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. The only complaint now that I have is that I found out that they have removed some channels from the TV programme. They only 2 channels available and is not something that we would have want to watch. Otherwise, all is good and recommendable.

kakitangan sangat ramah!! biliknya bersih, dan luas. tempat letak kereta agak terhad pada waktu malam, tetapi anda boleh meletak kereta di tempat lain, tetapi agak jauh. satu-satunya masalah ialah kalis bunyi, tetapi anda mendapat apa yang anda bayar. 4.8/5

Aircond tak servis. On lebih sejam still tak sejuk. Lastly call for maintenance baru ok. Kad bilik Satu je agak menyusahkan bil Salah sorang nak keluar nanti tak boleh Naik sbb lift security perlu swipe card utk tekan lif utk ke bilik. Dah kalau sorang nk turun bawah 2-2 kena turun sekali.. agak menyusahkan la. Supposely should provide 2 cards for each room. Bilik air licin macam mop tak hilang air sabun agak berbahaya utk anak2 or warga emas. 😌

All went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

Hotel berpadanan dengan harga sb booking last minit dan weekend plk ms tu. Tempat parking kereta bgantung pd nasib jugak. Hanya 1 lot parking shj yg hotel reserve utk customer. Tp masih ada lot yg lain. Sape cepat dia dapat 😂. Ada taman tema yang dekat utk dkunjungi. Sarapan x disediakan tp ada kedai runcit yang bhampiran. Overall, ok 🤗
