Hotel 4-Star di Shkoder, Albania

À première vue, l'hôtel semble être dans une rue peu fréquentable. En fait, il est idéalement situé juste derrière la rue piétonne la plus animée de Shkoder, mais bien au calme. Le personnel est très jeune, mais très pro et disponible pour répondre à toutes questions pratiques même extérieures à l'hôtel. La chambre Deluxe est très confortable. Malgré une température extérieure de 35 degrés, elle est restée agréable sans mettre la clim. Le petit déjeuner à 6€ est servi à table dans le restaurant de l'hôtel situé à 3mn à pied de l'hôtel. Tous les produits sont excellents et copieux.

The Location is 10 walking minutes away from the City Center and has it parking spaces right in front in the street. The rooms are new, luxurios and big. The owner is very helpfull and can send you recommendations or books trips to the Shala River for you. You can contact him via WhatsApp all day and he will help you.

The mountain cabin, the facilities are very good, three floors. The road to go is relatively narrow, 1.5 the car is wide, there are not many cars, but pay attention to safety and try not to go to the night road. Breakfast is great! Outside is a large lawn, there are many trees, a good place to relax. The staff is very friendly!

Super aardig personeel en heel centraal. Het hotel is duidelijk wat ouder en de airco stond nog niet aan waardoor ik slecht kon slapen. Ook slechte waterdruk en geen heet water (beetje lauw) en het ruikt wat muffig. Het ontbijt is extreem uitgebreid, echt 5x zo veel als ik normaal zelf zou eten. Maar de andere opties in de stad zijn zeker niet beter dus zou dit hotel wel aanraden vanwege het super aardige personeel en uitgebreide ontbijt.

Vi bodde aldrig på detta hotell så denna recension avser hjälpen jag fick av trip och inte själva hotellet. Hotellet vi bokade var tyvärr fullbokat på grund av något fel men trip löste situationen och hjälpte till att boka in oss på ett annat hotell så allting löste sig mycket smidigt!

Not very satisfactory. The newly renovated hotel's central air conditioner actually sprayed dust outwards. I stayed for 3 days and ate three days of dust. The service staff did not help solve the problem or make up for it. This is not a five-star standard.
