We had a great stay during our trip to Hua Hin, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was great!

I recently spent almost a week at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions. The pool is great for relaxation, and the staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was a highlight – a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. However, there were a couple of downsides that I think are worth mentioning. The room's isolation could be better, as there was some noise from outside that affected my comfort. More importantly, the lack of hot water was a significant issue for me. For a resort costing around $40 USD per night, having no hot water is unacceptable. I believe that hot water should be a basic amenity in any resort. That said, if these issues don't bother you, I would still recommend the hotel for its location, staff, pool, and excellent breakfast. It offers good value for the price overall.

It is a conveniently located hotel that provide comfortable accommodation at budget prices. Although the property is not beachfront, it is not far from the sea. It has full amenities like a swimming pool, a gym, a rooftop bar, and a good restaurant for both breakfast and all day dining. You need a car though to get to other nearby places like the beach and other shops but the concierge can arrange a proper transport for you. It’s good for both business and leisure travelers at affordable cost.

The front desk was polite and helpful. I was so appreciated for the receptionist at the breakfast dining who smile and well willing to assist all guest with smiles. Room is clean and good size for Studio, they also have curtain to separate the bathroom and bed which is nice.

The Best Hotel in Prachuap Khiri Khan (Klongwan beach; ”At T Boutique hotel” :  Modern, stylish bedrooms, full facilities, swimming pool,  and fitness situated by the sea and fascinating surroundings.   At T Boutique hotel has 4 room types; Deluxe room, Deluxe sea view room, Family room, Sea view suite room.   We stayed in a Deluxe sea view room (61.95 sq.) which features a huge and comfy bedroom with a LED starlight ceiling, a big bathroom, a large balcony with a private Jacuzzi, and stunning views of the swimming pool and Klongwan beach.  The hotel features a Thai restaurant ”At T Terrace Restaurant” with an absolutely amazing sea view. The food is also super yummy! We sampled and recommend! Crabmeat and basil leaves with yellow curry. Fresh prawn stir fry with asparagus and oyster sauce  Mixed seafood with glass noodles spicy salad  Pork loin stir fry with garlic   The local Thai food at T Terrace restaurant is very delicious, I really loved the Crab curry, so spicy!   For breakfast, the hotel serves a buffet (Due to Covid19 everyone has to wear a mask and plastic gloves when you get food from the buffet line) I like Thai food, fried rice, and pork curry. They have coffee, bakery items, a variety of local fresh fruits.  We checked out from the hotel and went to ”Wat PraMahathadchedi Pakdeeprakad” a beautiful example of Thai architecture right by the sea at Bangsaphan Prachuap Kirikhan. This wat is a wonderful place to see Elegant Buddha statues and pay your respects. Prachuap Khiri Khan is one of the westernmost provinces of Thailand. The sea is a majestic beauty, the seafood is super fresh I recommended you to try Squids, Mackerel fish, Tiger prawns, Blue crab and etc. A destination that shouldn't be missed. 

Location is about 15mins walk from Hua Hin train station. The hotel is also about 5 - 10mins walk to the night market and about 10 - 15mins walk to the beach. There are food eateries nearby the hotel so it was not an issue when the booking did not include breakfast. Check in / check out was smooth, but the hotel staff explained to me that my booking was for the economy room which is facing the road on the 2nd floor and the windows are directly facing the hotel floodlights. Fortunately, the room has day curtains at the windows to block out most of the light beam and the flood lights are switched off later into the night. The shower comes with an instant heater and the room comes with a kettle and bottled water. There is no toothbrush and no toothpaste and bedroom slippers are not provided. The mattress and pillows are firm but I didn't manage to sleep well at night as there was constant opening and closing of doors loudly along the corridor in the middle of the night and many voices could be heard speaking very loudly.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing. They let me store my luggage all day on the day I checked out. That was wonderful, I was able to spend the day checking out the city without having to drag my luggage with me.

The location is perfect for a peaceful holiday. The beach area is clean and less crowded like other popular beaches in the area. Having the beach right in front of the resort for perfect to watch the sunrise 🌅. The entire staff are friendly and even helped us arrange for a car service to Bangkok. The room is quite spacious with all necessary facilities. However, the water pressure in the shower 🚿 was annoyingly slow that it takes forever to shower. I hope they improve on that. Every other thing is perfect 😍

First the good - the enormous room overlooking the sea was bright and comfortable. In fairness the hotel has been hard hit by the lock down rules but the few staff made every effort to put things right when the was a shortfall. Breakfast ok, but basic. When I found out that the fried eggs were cold the cook immediately came up with freshly made fried eggs. The investment needed to bring this 2/3 star hotel up to scratch will be enormous but this type of hotel is probably beyond its sell-by date. One surprise were the splendid bas-reliefs on the walls of the conference room, just visble from the dining room.

I really like it there! Nice place to stay for your trip to Huahin next to the sea but you can’t go down, they don’t have beachfront just pool next to the sea but nice view and they have a nice restaurant in the hotel. See your next trip tho 🩵

Great location on the beach side of the main road. Very close to market village shopping mall. Two swimming pools. Good parking facilities under roof

ห้องสวยสะอาด ห้องกว้าง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี แต่หาด ไม่สวย..สระว่ายน้ำยาว..

Small luxury resort. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff with excellent service mind. We also enjoy meal, food was delicious. We will be back again if we go South.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ผมอยากพักหลายปีมาแล้ว แต่ก็หยุดแค่หัวหิน ปราณฯหรือไปตัวเมืองประจวบเลย ไปเดินงาน ททท.หลายเดือนก่อน ซื้อวอชเชอร์ไว้หลายใบก็ใกล้หมดอายุแล้ว จึงได้ไปเสียที ไปวันธรรมดา คนก็ไม่เยอะ ไปดูข้อดี ข้อแนะนำกันครับ 1.ห้องดีลักซ์ใหญ่กว่ากว้างกว่าห้องสแตนดาร์ด 2. ห้องน้ำมีสายฉีดชำระ น้ำไหลแรง มีน้ำอุ่น3.มีไวไฟฟรี ความแรงของสัญญาณโอเค แต่ต้องรีนิวทุกๆชั่วโมง 4.โทรทัศน์ช่อง 3 และ 7 ภาพชัดสุด 5.สระว่ายน้ำกว้างและยาว พอสมควร มีสระเด็กด้วย (สระผู้ใหญ่ ลึก 100 และลาดไปจนลึก 150 เมตร) 5.อาหารเช้า รสชาดดี 6.หน้าหาดกว้างและสามารถเดินไปได้ทางยาวเป็นกิโล วิ่งออกกำลังกายก็ได้ 7.เล่นวอลเล่ย์ ชายหาดได้(มีตาข่ายแบ่งข้างให้) เล่นบอล โกล์หนูได้ (มีโกล์ให้ด้วย) 8.พนักงานบริการดี แต่เธอก็ออกจะเนือยๆหน่อย (อาจจะพักไปนานจากพิษโควิด) 9.คุ้มค่าคุ้มเงินที่เสียไป ข้อแนะนำ เลือกห้องดีลักซ์ดีกว่า ใครเคยพักที่พักห้าดาว หกดาว และคาดหวังจะได้รับบริการแบบพรีเมี่ยมที่นี่คงไม่ใช่ ออกไปหน้าโรงแรม เยื้องที่พัก มีร้านขายของชำแห่งเดียว สามารถไปซื้อหาได้ มีหมาน่ารักชื่อเท็นเท็นและป๊อกกี้ อยู่ที่ร้านนี้ด้วย

ห้องพักสวยมาก เพิ่งเปิดได้ไม่ใน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เจ้าของดูแลดีเป็นกันเอง ที่พักอยู่ในเมืองอยู่ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ของกิน แล้วก็สถานีรถไฟ สะดวกมาก สามารถเดินออกไปทะเลได้ ไม่ไกล

This is a sprawling resort that's seen better days. But for 1,100 thb per night I was hoping for more. This resort has real potential but with the lack of business I can understand the reluctance to spend money for upgrade. However, the room itself is not bad... it's a spacious room but with shady wifi so I had to use my own cell phone for connectivity. The room and aircon was comfortable, however the shower water was not hot and the buffet breakfast was very basic. But this hotel was next to the ocean which was nice. Overall, this was an average hotel experience.

First night sleep in our travel south. While the trip started with clear sky it was heavy storm exactly once we arrived at the hotel. They were waiting for us as we were the only guests. Entrance is in the back of the hotel - little walk from car park. Entrance landscape is beautiful. The hotel is old. You can see that owners are trying to add some ”life” to it but skipped doing some serious renovation - so the room itself is very basic. Very few of the room have good view to the sea as the hotel building is behind the few Villa of the front. WIFI = good Swim Pool - nice - on the main road but face the sea. Breakfast was set menu - it was ok - served with smile Good price value

เดินทางไปตามGPS ทางเข้าเป็นสะพานสภาพน่ากลัวมาก ไม่กล้าขึ้น จอดรีรออยู่ว่าจะทำอย่างไร เห็นรถคันอื่นขับขึ้นไปครึ่งทางก็ขับกลับลงมา เข้าใจว่าขับแล้วสะพานคงสั่นมาก แล้วก็จริงเพราะภายหลังลองเดินขึ้นไปยืนบนสะพาน มีรถตู้ขับผ่านแบบช้าๆ ก็ขับผ่านได้แต่สะพานสั่นมาก แบบนี้ไม่เสี่ยงดีกว่า ไม่อยากเข้าทางสะพานนี้ก็ต้องขับอ้อมเขาไปเข้าอีกทาง ซึ่งไกลมาก ห่างกันเยอะเลย หลังจากไปเที่ยวกลับมาอ่านรีวิว ก็เจอคนบ่นเรื่องนี้เยอะ จนสงสัยว่าทำไมไม่แนะนำลูกค้าเรื่องการเดินทาง ผ่านมาหลายปีก็ยังเป็นแบบเดิมอยู่ ส่วนเรื่องที่พัก บังกะโลค่อนข้างเก่า ตอนอ่านรายละเอียดที่พัก บอกว่ามีมินิบาร์กับเครื่องชงกาแฟในห้องพัก แต่ปรากฏว่ามีตู้เย็นที่มีน้ำดื่มให้2ขวดเท่านั้น อย่างอื่นไม่มีตามที่บอก แอร์ไม่เย็น พื้นไม่ค่อยสะอาด อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือก3อย่างเท่านั้น คือ อเมริกันเบรคฟาสต์ ข้าวต้มทะเล ข้าวต้มหมู เด็กมีอาหารให้อย่างเดียวคือ ข้าวต้มหมูเด็ก ถ้าอยากได้อย่างอื่นต้องซื้อเพิ่ม ไม่ได้เรื่องมาก แต่เคยไปที่อื่นมา ราคาถูกกว่านี้ อาหารเช้าก็ยังเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ทานได้ทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ ที่แย่ที่สุด คือ ยุงเยอะมากๆ ออกไปเดินเล่น บินเกาะทั้งตัวแบบดุและหิวโหยมาก จะเดินเข้าที่พักต้องรีบปิดประตู เพราะบินตามเข้าที่พักเป็นสิบ(แล้วยังแอบซ่อนในกระเป๋าตามกลับมาถึงบ้านด้วยนะ) เป็นยุงที่กัดแล้วคันมากๆ คันหลายวันเลย ทายาก็ไม่หาย ข้อดีคือ ที่พักติดทะเล วิวดี เป็นธรรมชาติ อย่างอื่นเฉยๆ

Praseban is a beautiful and cozy resort located directly on the beach. It is familial and quiet - the perfect place to relax! The staff is extremely cordial, helpful and professional, they made everything to make our stay perfect, organizing excursions, transport etc. The rooms are large, with a comfortable bed and everything you need. The resort is in walking or biking (bicycles provided :)) distance to many small restaurants, but it’s definitely a more quiet, relaxing area, away from the big tourist hotspots. We visited some landmarks and the national park closely located, which were worth seeing. Can 100% recommend this resort and would visit again.

The perfect place to relax and have a good time with family and friends, where kids can enjoy the nice and clean beach whenever wanted. Outdoor kitchen with pool. Spacious living room that everyone want to hangout all day long. Comfy bed with good view. Super nice staff who found my charger and send it back to BKK. Perfect vacation is here, Tolani Pranburi!
