Hotelnya Hebat

The hotel is well maintained, room was spacious, bed was ok and furniture is new. The location has supermarkets and a few good restaurants next to it, however not located in a very safe zone at night. A gang of kids tried to rob me one block away from it. Service is not rude at all, however one only member knew english and is somewhat rushed and not interested. Staff talks very loud at middle of the night and they are never on front desk. Room wasn't cleaned or it was offered to be cleaned during my 2 night stay.

Все очень понравилось, кроме одного момента - ночью в номере было холодновато. Батарея около окна не грела. Просьба поправить этот момент.

為什麼叫山景房呢，明明沒有山。 酒店在二樓，就一層樓。其他都是住家户，所以總覺得有股燒菜的味道傳到房間裏。

모든 점이 완벽합니다. 위치 좋고 친절하고 깨끗하고 가성비 최고에요. 바투미 가면 무조건 소프트 호텔로 가면 됩니다.

Brilliant hotel in the heart of the old town Batumi. Everything you could want, kitchenet, washing machine, microwave ect. Hotel is well kept and staff is really friendly. If going to visit Batumi, I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was located in a great place, nice shower and towel rack. My husband and I felt the springs and wire of the mattresses while trying to sleep. Not very comfortable

located perfectly in Batumi. Amazing facilities and a large room including kitchen. It is only a 15 minute walk to get into the heart of the city. The beach is even closer, lots of restaurants and bars are nearby.

Excellent service by reception staff. Clean room. Laundry service is 50 Lari here. A little expensive but it was in-house, so we were ok with it. The clothes didn't dry in time, so they discounted the price and we only had to pay 10 Lari for the laundry service, which was great. They handled it very professionally. Location is close to a lot of good restaurants and museums.

This hotel is cheap, comfortable and clean All staff were nice people 👍😊

Very convenient to go to the views, the weather was not good, but the local people are very nice!
