The hotel's location is very nice. The staff hardly speaks any language other than Georgian. The towels were dirty and shabby. And there were only slippers, shower gels, and shampoo among the disposable supplies. Also, the breakfast was announced to start at 8AM, however, it never did. The staff was arriving at 8AM and started bringing all the staff.

Отличный отель, в самом центре города. Дружелюбный персонал, теплая обстановка, отличный завтрак. Там же на площади есть много ресторанов на любой вкус. Цены как в отеле так и в ресторанах очень приятные. Всем советую не пожалеете. Будете в Батуми советую там остановится.
