It’s a very great resort and people out there is very kind. The restaurant Skybar has a beautiful seaside view. Johanny is very nice and kind to help us check in. Something went wrong with the air conditioner but they help change another room. Very great.

Jose, Jeury Johama are very nice and helpful to me, i had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff to all travelers

My husband and I just stayed 4 nights at this wonderful resort. If you want to avoid the crowds and chaos of the all inclusive resorts this is the place for you! The hotel is clean and well decorated. The roof top infinity pool is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The two restaurants within the resort are both fantastic. Breakfast is included in your stay and served on top floor , food delicious with morning mimosas each day! The staff is the most caring, hard working, dedicated group I have ever met. We must give a shout out to certain members who made our stay even more memorable! Always a smile on their face and ready to help. Restaurant staff, LUIS, JAZMIN, MIGUEL, Kavelys & Elizon were all absolutely amazing!! The rooms are well appointed, beds super comfortable, small fridg in room, room service available as well. We had an ocean front on 2nd floor and it could not have been more perfect location. Also helpful with information were the staff at front desk! Jose, Johanna, Johanny etc. If you want to experience Dominican Republic I would highly suggest this resort. It gives you the feel of being a part of the culture with all the comforts of a resort. The ground floor pool is also beautiful with cute bar for cocktails. The beachfront comes with private area, beach chairs , little cabanas and thatched umbrellas with bar service as well. I miss this place already!! Back to reality and no morning mimosas served by Jazmin :( Be sure to bring some extra cash to hook this staff up as they are all stars for sure.

By far the best view we have ever had from our room. The most amazing beach is literally at the backdoor of this hotel and yes, it’s soft, white and as warm as my heated blanket. This is why we work so hard all year, to spend time in paradise. Our room was gleaming, slept like babies and ate like kings. If you are the active kind, you can’t go far without finding things to do, we did go out on a boat tour, it was a fun day, nice to see some sealife. Felt like VIP’s, disappointed to get home.

Absolutely the worst resort I’ve ever been! Some of the staff are really rude, the food is disgusting 🤢 and the rooms are more than dated. I was actually in one of the best rooms and it was disgusting! Honestly I’m still in shock as most people still recommend this. Save your money!

It is a good place to spend the night. I recommend it.

I recently travelled to Punta Cana for a week of R&R and chose this hotel after an excellent stay at the HM Playa del Carmen. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and I had the best sleeps! The beach is lovely and there were always lots of chairs available. There are some vendors but the security guard kept anyone away who became too bothersome. We usually chose the beach over the pools but it was never difficult to get chairs at either pool. The sundeck pool has a great view of the beach. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and ate at the snack bar once and the Italian restaurant once. The food was very good and we loved the fresh juices and bottomless mimosas at breakfast! Breakfast is a combination of buffet and a la carte. Special thanks to Felix, Luis and Jasmine in the restaurant and Johanny and Jose at the reception desk for their care and attention. I’ll for sure return to this hotel the next time I am in Punta Cana.

We were not prepared for the phenomenal beach, wow. Everyday waking up to that was such a joy. On arrival, the staff were so friendly and got everything sorted, answering my silly questions with ease. The room itself was a double, small balcony, liked it. The Italian restaurant was our favourite, but the buffet was more than satisfactory. Since returning home we’re organising another trip next year.

We had a lovely 3 nights' stay at HM Bavaro..it is right by the beach and tons of activities around. Their Infinity pool is so relaxing with a lovely Ocean view. The room is decent and the breakfast is amazing (especially the Mimosas). The only small part i did not like was the pillows were huge and hard. Although the BEST part of HM Bavaro is the staff! They are very warm, friendly and hospitable. We had a blast on a budget! Highly recommended.
