The hotel, located in the business area with some restaurants and little coffee shops surrounding it, offers a quiet environment for rest after a day of work. The room amenities look aged but are still good to use, just a bit slippery in the bathroom.

It was a nice and cosy stay. Not too far from the main area of Hanoi. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great trip and clean home. They can hold your baggage so you can check Hoan Kiem Lake.

Great location, the downside is the shower needs to be upgraded as only handheld shower head available for my room type with balcony. I am not able to mount it higher since there is no holder due to you can only shower in the bath tub.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Great experience, bed was very comfortable, staff was great. Available washer and dryer was nice. Location is just a touch outside of main areas for tourism - maybe 10-15 min walk, not bad but in the hot Hanoi weather was more burdensome at times. Easy to get grab to get around though and also close enough for breakfast/coffee options that are walkable. Only odd issue is the shower - within the shower is a window frame that would get soaking wet.

Good location. The breakfast is pretty good. Did not use the restaurants as there are plenty of other eateries nearby.

Awesome hotel located centrally. I liked everything about it but especially the helpful staff and the fact that they don't have security guards lingering in the lobby and harassing guests.
