We had an okay trip to DR. The “hotel” is more like apartments, and people do seem to live here actually also. The rooftop pool is so awesome, and literally the best part of the place. The room is clean, but we killed probably 4-5 cockroaches in the room. Stove was all rusty. When arriving, the door didn’t lock & we were 2 women in their early 20s who are both ＞ 130lbs. When requesting a new room, they “fixed” the door and refused to give us a new room. Scary location - we didn’t feel safe walking around at night here as women. Also, were scammed by a very nearby restaurant called “Bohio Punta Cana”. Free breakfast was awesome. No conditioner, only shampoo and “gel”? No hand soap. The shower seems to be salt water. I would honestly recommend staying on a resort if you come to DR, otherwise you might never want to come back.

There is no Pool beach Club & Spa
There is no atmosphere
Just an old apartment with no service but signs with USD300 fine if you place a bag with garbage outside.
These owners do not care about customers, just money.

Bad Hotel.
This was not the Hotel as the pictures on *******.
No Wather in the badroom.
All thinks in Badroom old an defekt.
The Bed ist bad ,too.
The Room was small an bad.
2 Chairs on Pool.
Breakfarst out side the Hotel.

Hotel was in a good location. Dated fixtures and really water is only tepid. Fridge in our room was not plugged in and subsequently did not smell good. Avoided putting anything in there. At check-in were told we could check in prior to three pm despite sign on the wall which said two pm. Got breakfast vouchers but place to eat breakfast did not open until ten am. Not really good for morning travellers.

There is no people to clean your room or brooms to borrow. Even if you ask day after day. The sofa is not a sofa bed. Only one room has an air conditioner and it doesn’t cool the entire place. There is no warm water. The tv sometimes works sometimes doesn’t.

Terrible experience, bathroom dirty and terrible smell, floor was dirty, same as the bed found hair on it, very poor maintenance in the room I fell no safe because balconies connected each other to go the pool so I had people passing by every time by my room, windows can’t be locked making unsafe even the windows are high. Definitely I won’t recommend at all.

Its a about less than 10 minutes walk to the beach . Mini market , bars and restaurants just next door .
Tourists area .
The fridge didnt work just the freezer part , we have to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper . Theres three of us not enough supplies.
Lost our breakfast coupons no replacement. I lost it inside our room . I left it inside my backpack. The next day it wasn’t there anymore.
Dont leave valuables , lesson learned. Location is perfect. Close to everything.
At check out, we asked if we can stay for another hour since our departure is 6:25 pm .
The want to charge us another $10 U.S .
No consideration at all !!
They seem to forget that they didnt fully accomodate us . Asking for supplies all the time . There was no extra beddings for the sofa bed .
Definately not coming back !!

I had to book another accommodation as there was no hot water. The alternative room was offered, where AC did not work. The place has old furniture that is falling apart. The pillows were dirty with moldy stains on it. The staff did not care at all. Stay away from this place.
