It’s a very nice property and everything was clean. Staff was really good. Restaurants were great the only downside if anything would be the property is pretty massive so to get to one end of the property takes a good amount of time

Water pressure was very poor. Room cleanliness was average with dust in areas Lamp shade broken Front door key Faube missing Glasses in all restaurants dirty and unsanitized

I love how they have every night show and entertainment you never get bored

The staff was great , food was top notch beach was easy to get too- and our housekeeper was very good Samantha de los santos. A kudos to her

We felt welcome and invited from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! The Lopesan Team and property exceeded all of our expectations across the board. Best vacation value we’ve ever experienced!!

The hotel was very clean and service was great. They had lots of employees and every time we needed something there was immediate help. We were very happy with room service , they were quick to bring what we ask for. Also, they had 10 restaurants to choose from, we enjoyed the food. They are kids friendly, my kids loved the employees there. But the most important thing for us was safety and I can say that this resort had it all, there were always security around. Definitely going back to this resort again soon

The property is beautiful! The property lacks entertainment and music and a lot of guest were bored. A large variety of food selections but the food was just okay.

I like how much the resort had to offer, there was always something to do. The beaches were maintained and kept clear of all the seafood. Staff was friendly and attentive. Any issues we had were fixed immediately which was great.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great ambiance, wonderful scenery, amazing entertainment, great food with different style of cuisines and top shelf alcohol. Would definitely consider Lopesan again. Our trip was super relaxing and fun.
