Me & my family had a very good time! Luis the butler was exceptional to all our needs & i highly recommend him !!!!! I wish they had waiter service while you were poolside (my last day they actually had it out of all 6 days) however no complaints on our end!

We upgraded to Diamond club service and would 100% recommend our Butler Edwin B was fantastic, he made our stay extra easy, booked our a la carte, made recommendations on what buffet to eat at, ensured any room requirements were met, I could go on. He went above and beyond to ensure something special was dine for my dads birthday and went and decorated his room (pictures included) while we were out enjoying the pool cabana. We were able to truly relax and did not need to arrange or schedule anything as he did it for us. Thank you DR, Royalton and Edwin for a wonderful and memorable vacation ❤️

The resort was very accommodating for my baby . They had baby seats available everywhere . The staff was kind and the premises was clean and uptodate . The pool was amazing , the beach was clean and easy to access. Our butler Edwin was helpful , attentive and responsive he assisted us in getting into the Zen which we highly recommend . Edwin was great . I would go again and I would highly recommend. The entertainment throughout the day was great

Just returned from an amazing week at the Splash. We upgraded to DC, glad we did. Freddy was our butler and he did a great job. I'm a planner so I met with him right when we got there. I gave him my requests and he met everyone. Different restaurant every night at a decent time. Even a Diamond Dinner on the beach, it was the best. Super beautiful and the best food we had there. It was my daughter's birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a very special 13th birthday. Decorated our room, cake at dinner with everyone singing to her. Best part about the resort is the beach, our kids (11,13,15) spent 90% of the time playing in the ocean. The sand is amazing! Even a yellow flag, they loved the waves. Food at the buffet on the Splash side sucks, and the service is even worst. It's like the workers hate everyone and their job. Unless, you walk around flashing tip money, they won't even acknowledge you. We are generous tippers but this was brutal. If we go back we would stay at the PC side, better service, better buffet and restaurants. The Under the Sea was the worst, no one ate. We had to go eat at the buffet after. Husband asked for the Lobster Dinner at an additional cost of $50 USD, it was horrible, completely burnt. Couldn't even get it out of the shell, we sent it back and they didn't charge us. We didn't try again. Been home for 2 days and still haven't gotten our $200 deposit back yet. Kids only spent maybe 30 mins all week at the water park. Trolly is kind of annoying, they need to run more often. Loved renting the beds on the beach. Had 2 wonder foot massages on the beach. Most difficult part for us was the lack of food between 10:30am - 12:30pm, that when my kids seem to always be hungry. Scape Park was super fun, if you are planning on going make sure to take swim shoes. Make sure to take a ton of sunscreen, the sun is no joke!

23 people 9 rooms throughout the resort everyone had a wonderful time, no complaints. Rooms were clean beds comfortable room service was great and very fast! kids loved it!! The resort was wonderful, something to do for all ages all the time, many different activities. pool and pool bar staff was great! The beach was absolutely beautiful we went parasailing got pictures with lizards and a monkey! I visited the spa twice, a group of us did hydrotherapy we had a great time, I had my hair done stylist did awesome!!! Some of our group really enjoyed the ******. And we all had fun in the water park. It's smaller but it was a blast. Always something to eat, from breakfast at the buffets hot dogs and hamburgers by the pool, dinners we're all wonderful my husband and I were diamond club everyone else in our group was not. We did skip some of our dinners to go with our group there was a bit of a wait but you sat outside and they served you drinks while you waited no big deal. Zen restaurant and the Culinary experience definitely worth doing even if it's additional cost!!! We got married on the beach 02/16/24 Gigi our wedding coordinator did an amazing job all the way around, we had a private reception absolutely beautiful food was amazing!! All the additional personal touches perfect! Johnny our butler kept in touch on a daily basis, he was very helpful, and booked some of our dinners for us. Always made sure we had everything we needed! Even made sure we made it back home safely. The staff throughout the entire resort was very friendly and helpful, my son had dropped cash walking from the pool to the shops and one of the employees had picked it up and returned it to him. We did three excursions monkey Island, catamaran with snorkeling and a walk through the jungle to swim in fresh /sweet water, and a private fishing charter all worth it!! I can't say enough wonderful things about our entire trip!!!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Having the Splash park added an additional activity for our family compared to other resorts. We enjoyed the nightly shows as well. Upgrading to Diamond Club was definitely worth it! Having access to better restaurant/buffet options and being served pool/beach side was exactly what we were looking for. Our butler Edwin B did an outstanding job. He was extremely helpful answering any questions we had and booking reservations for dinner everyday. He assisted by getting additional thing delivered to the room that we requested and was just text away if we needed anything. Included was 24hr room service that was great too. The kids enjoyed ordering desserts every night before bed! Would definitely recommend for families or couples looking to enjoy the best that the Dominican Republic has to offer.

I was pleasantly surprised by this resort and activities that they had for my children. It was very easy to get around . The rooms were very clean. The maid service was outstanding. We had our own private butler Jaime , who was outstanding! Need any reservation? Use WhatsApp and Jaime got it done. Need a dinner reservation? WhatsApp Jaime and it’s done! He checked in personally multiple times everyday to make sure our every need was taken care of. Now that’s a service! Jaime made our family stay so wonderful, that we decided to extend an additional few days. Upgrading to diamond club so that we got our own personal Butler and did not have to handle any reservations is something I highly recommend.

We returned to this resort for the 2nd time it’s the perfect size with kids. I want to thank our Butler Manuel for making everything seam free. The Diamond Club customer service was exceptional and we truly love “The Royalton” model. The watermark & teens club kept them busy. The snacks, donuts, coffee shops & food was delicious and endless. Sunwing could use some improvement but I gave them feedback as well. Enjoyed this Royalton Splash Resort.
