How I can resist to see this beautiful creature from my hotel room. It always feel so comfy and homey to stay at Swissbell Hotel Jayapura. Their hospitality from front desk until the cleanings were fabulous. Definitely will back to stay here for next trip!

this is my second great experience being here..... well, will you refuse the hotel with balcony and the view is the bay of Jayapura... and the sea still clear ... even near with the dock..... hmmmm.... lets the pict talk bout that. and the location is near with venue, government office, shopping centre, coz its located at the heart of business centre of Jayapura. ok....for me when im away from home, I need a hotel that has hospitality and warmth in welcoming its guests, as if it can convince me that the feeling of home can be obtained at the hotel. and swiss-belhotel Papua (Jayapura) provides everything I want from a hotel. from the first step into the hotel, the doorboy and the security was very friendly in greeting me, relieving the fatigue of the 7-hour journey to reach Jayapura. the front office, as if continuing the hospitality by reassuring my tired feelings with extraordinary and fast service. And then getting the room I was expecting, the same room with a view of the sea, made me even more convinced that this was my home in Jayapura.Are they the only ones who are friendly? Of course not....try coming to their restaurant, with a large selection of food, international, local or noodles. Are they the only ones who are friendly? Of course not.... try coming to their restaurant, with a large selection of food types, international, local or national food with flavors that for me, are quite soothing, that I don't go hungry and can enjoy my second home food. The crew there, don't ask, how happy I was, being called by name when I just arrived for Diana's breakfast... see, how home-like.... not only at breakfast, but dinner, both in the restaurant or if I ordered to be sent to the room. Thank you Kak Yanti, Kak Zulian, Kak Tiurlin, Kak Silvia, Kak Hersin and all those who I can't mention one by one. .... you are great people... all of you are very good people. who can still smile and calm me down, even though I ordered at 11pm... sorry for that. Is it just them... of course not, from Kak Veri and the other crews who still continue to smile and greet kindly when delivering food even though it's late. Then also for the friends who clean the rooms, thank you, very kind and very understanding that tidiness is something I need to enjoy my home more. Laundry guy, thank you for the effort to clean my clothes cleanly, well and on time, thank you also for the house keeping who always arrange them neatly in the room. Ahhhh, swis-belhotel Papua is so lucky to have those who love their job so much and work with heart and love, and that is priceless.... and just so you know, I even felt the need to say goodbye to them when I had to check out, because, for me, saying goodbye to my family is the most important thing, to say goodbye to my family.

We’re happy with the service provided here in Swisbell Hotel.My experience here was very nice and satisfied with the staffs and we loved the view beside the pool and also the arts and even the gym was very clean love the view from my room and that’s all

I would love to recommend Swiss-Belhotel Jayapura for your Business and Leisure visit to Jayapura, Papua. Hotel located in the City just front of the Ocean and close to the harbor, it takes around 45 minutes from AirPort. Surrounded by Business and commercial area. They do have Great Hospitality. Best hotel in town with good Products and Services. Great lobby area and Restaurant down stairs. Restaurant so beautiful with full of variance of breakfast to pamper yourself with beautiful ocean view. They do have outdoor Pool with ocean view plus also gym area and they do offer spa treatment as well in the hotel. Room got spacious and nice inside, recommended to book Grand Deluxe with ocean view. The highest one I got chance to see was Presidential Suite which is spacious and beautiful. For you who wants to have meeting activities they do have some Meetings Rooms and Ballroom. So many meeting rooms so you can have such as Big conference. I got chance to explore some nature area which can be accessed from hotel around 1 Hour to Telletubies Hills with breathtaking Sentani Lake view from above, also you can do trekking going up to the Hills. Besides you can also see the historical USA few years ago. I also got chance to go around 2 Hours by car to see border of Papua New Guinea, where you can see beautiful Beach and Landscape from above. Of course when you go to Jayapura, Most people wanted to see the tribes at Wamena area. Most famous are Dani Tribe and Bailem Tribe where you can see the tradisional Bailem festival which always fall on August. This is need to access by staying in Wamena area and the hotel can assist to arrange all your travel plan and any excursion. I left my heart in this City for the nature and culture, so beautiful and unbelieveable with the local people who can bring you good memory. The Hospitality service from all Teams start from Security to Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping all of them are trully have their passion. I would highly recommended to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Jayapura, Papua, the Best good Quality Products and Services in town. Will be back soon for my holiday with my son and Friends. one of the best hotels in Jayapura city with the best accommodation and very complete facilities, a very good location with a view directly facing the sea, super good and clean rooms and a complete breakfast menu and restaurant. don't forget to go to the swimming pool facing the sea. the price paid is in accordance with what is provided and obtained by visitors

Great place to transit and near the ocean with fantastic view to ocean , mountain , city of jayapura. Experience is good and i have a fun day stay in here……good job and keep it up…..it was a fun journey……………………………………………………………………………………………….
