The service was great here, and I had no issues in regards to the people. Unfortunately, this is in a very loud area and some lot looks scary as there are broken down vehicles in the parking lot and you can hear everything from room to room everything looks rundown as far as the shower and Room went, but also, I feel like the grounds of the area were filthy.  this is off the highway, so I expect it to be somewhat loud, but it was overly loud from my personal liking, but I do give customer service a thumbs up.

Had a weird shaped shower, that was very interesting and lots of water pressure. It was dirt cheap and a lot better than I expected. Just pleasantly surprised.

For it to be in the middle of everything the way that it is. It’s quiet and peacful! At the same time your within walking distance from everything!

If I could give it a negative star I would. This is not a place you want to take family to unless you want to catch disease. The rooms are at least 20 years behind major renovation, bathrooms full of mold, walls, ceiling carpet dirty, smelly, and have dark stains. Free morning breakfast is more tailored for pets then human consumption which explains why so many people with pets were in the cafeteria. The only positive one star is the location which is conveniently located near some descent restaurants. In summary if I was planning to do ***** this would be good spot as you would blend in with hotels vibe. Totally disappointed and will not set for there again.

The lobby of this hotel is nice. However, when I got to the room, two of three lampshades were broken(one of which I fixed myself). Also, there happened to be a small splatter of blood on the mirror(it may have been missed while cleaning up). The bathroom seemed to be clean from what I could see. The desk receptionist seemed to be very apologetic when I told her.

This hotel needs to hire more custodians. The room was dirty and required housekeeping to come up after we checked in. Also, the air-conditioning was not cooling very well despite turning it to the lowest temperature.

The bathroom ceiling was the ONLY thing I could comment on negatively (needed minor repair). The art on the walls was not my first choice. Everything else was fine. Microwave and fridge was nice touch. Clean, comfortable. Not plush, but I prefer simple to fancy. I didn't swim, but the pool area looked nice. I forgot something in my room and got a call. What thoughtfulness! I've stayed at much nicer places and left things much more valuable and never saw them again!
