The staff were friendly and helpful. The cookies at the front desk are delicious and are served warm, but are also delicious cold. It's in the suburbs, so access from the airport is not that great, but if you rent a car it's not a problem. It's quiet and safe.

The hotel overall was good in terms of transportation and location. One thing to note is that if you check whether breakfast is included through another app or website, there may be cases where breakfast is not included when you actually arrive at the hotel. This was the case for me. Please make sure to check the reservation voucher to confirm whether breakfast is included and reconfirm it when you check in at the hotel. Otherwise, you may only end up paying extra for breakfast.

The room was good, the location was convenient, close to the expressway exit. The service was not good. I called the front desk to ask for two paper cups, and they promised to deliver them immediately, but they never arrived. We booked breakfast, but when we went there we were told it was not available. After negotiation, they said it was available.

It was very convenient for customers in the past

As expected from a famous hotel, the facilities are clean and very nice. I also got a sweet chocolate cookie and it was delicious! I plan to stop by here again next time!

This is a safe hotel, the guy at the counter is very friendly, there is free bottled water in the room, there are many restaurants to choose from within 10 minutes by car, and the price is not bad.

Unfortunately, this hotel had no staff to service us when checking-in. The room was nice but carpets need cleaning. The weight room is totally torn out and the swim pool could use some maintenance In the morning there was no hot food to eat. The milk was warm for the cereal but the bagels were nice.

I am a Lifetime Hilton Diamond member and I don't think that I've stayed in a more rundown Doubletree property. This entire property needs an overhaul. The shower seems to have been more recently updated but that's about it. The wallpaper hallways, missing tv on dresser in front of the bed, torn sheer curtains. Breakfast is $12 per person and it was worse than a Hampton Inn breakfast! Seriously, it was microwaved bacon, instant eggs, microwaved prepaid omelet, no cut fruit, and minimal other options. There are other more modern hotels right across the highway. My recommendation is the AC Hotel by Marriott. It's leaps and bounds better, with a complimentary breakfast that was superb. Don't waste your time at this Doubletree.

This hotel is in dire need of a makeover. The sheers in our room were ripped and the solid drapes aren’t designed to close so once the sun rises, the room is too bright to sleep. The fan in the bathroom is deafening loud. The a/c is also loud but it drowns out some of the highway noise. On the plus side, the cookies are still on point. Really a 2:5 star hotel
