Quick , helpful and friendly. Checked right in. Didn’t have to wait for room.
Room clean and bathroom clean. Very nice hotel.

I tend to stay at high end hotels so take this review with a grain of salt. The hotel had flat screen TVs but did not have any HD channels. The channel guide was not accurate and was on a piece of paper. There was no option to use a guide on the screen or login to a streaming service. Toilet was old school circle the drain slow flush. They only clean the room every 3 days and if you want everyday, you have to tell them. Some of the USB’s in the room were not working. Unfortunately, I think this was the 2nd best hotel in the area. Yikes!!!

The ladies at the check in desk couldn't have been more pleasant. We arrived at 245pm and were told there were no king rooms cleaned or ready for us at that time. We were offered a handicapped room that was a king and ready to go. We agreed and moved in. The room smelled rank, there were no curtains, and no hot water. We checked out at 445am, without sleep! Never again!

It was a nice hotel with a nice location. Easy on/off highway, near a lot of food choices. A nice pool and hot tub. Very nice staff. The room floor was a bit sticky and there was a stain on the bed sheet. Other than that, a good place and clean.

Autumn was very helpful and efficient during our check in after a long car ride from Canada! We appreciated her pleasant nature and knowledge.
The suite was large, clean and nicely laid out for our family’s overnight stay.
The only disappointment…. Signs stated the Holiday Inn is a smoke free hotel yet there was an overwhelming smoke odour lingering in the hallway.
Otherwise great stay, free breakfast and lovely staff.

4th floor suite you would think would be quiet. A blower of some sort is deafening in the room. My husband is a bit hard of hearing so we didn’t move rooms but I slept with a pillow covering my head. Room was dated and in a retro theme no less…. bed was comfortable.
