We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

民宿在離海就隔了一條街的居民樓裏，有電梯，老闆很奈斯，會幫忙把行李提進房間。民宿附近很乾凈，早晚散步都很chill！和那不勒斯市中心的市容市貌形成鮮明對比emmm…果然是富人區。離地鐵站大概步行10-15分鐘，打車的話老闆也可以幫忙打，民宿附近餐館很多，吃飯很方便，有小超市葯店可以買各種補給，還有菜市場可以感受一點點煙火氣（不臟亂差的那種，菜市場拐角還有一家谷歌評分很高的小飯店，好吃又便宜！） 我們大概中午到的，提前和老闆確認過，所以房間已經收拾出來了，行李可以直接放在房間裏，沒有出現評論裏行李放在路邊的情況。早餐在樓下老闆的bar吃，可以選歐陸早餐或者美式早餐，如果沒記錯的話我們兩天都吃的歐陸早餐，麪包香香，搭配cappuccino就是完美的一天開始！ 就是房間和房型介紹裏寫的一樣大小，介意的話可以選擇大一點的房間。

Все в целом хорошо, предварительно пишите перед заселением, с улицы отель найти будет тяжело. Расположение хорошое, номер в целом тоже. Единственный минус, что ночью, не могли попасть в номер, так как администратор после продления забыл нам продлить код доступа к двери на этаже, пришлось будить соседей на этаже (хорошо что был звонок в дверь) в 2 часа ночи, а в 7 утра уже был выезд в другой город. Извинений со стороны отеля даже не было, как и компенсации. Хотя мы могли потерять на билетах около 200 евро и еще спать на улице, если бы не наша настойчивость попасть в номер, где лежали все деньги и документы!

I booked this place despite reading some negative reviews because i needed to stay in that location with that price, but everything was fine for me, the self check in instructions were simple, the room is very spacious, clean and very quiet. I enjoyed my stay very well. Definitely Booking it when i go back to naples.

Staying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

Ettore the owner was insisting on WhatsApp number which though initially felt strange it was largely due to my lack of understanding on how things worked in family run b&bs in Naples He was very detailed in providing us with info re places to visit trains to take etc The rooms were good. They are 5 rooms within a house that are given out to guests. As you can imagine you could hear everything from adjacent rooms. There were coffee machines and some packed food and tea options etc. The only gripe I had was the room was stinking of cigarette smoke. Even the owner was struggling to talk and had to keep the door open and spray the room. The wife had been smoking inside the house. We had to leave our door to the balcony outside open just so we could breathe without coughing. It took more than 40mins of airing to get the stench out. Otherwise it was a good place. Real shame.

Нужен был отель рядом с оперой. Этот расположен в галерее Витторио Эмануэле, т.е. в пяти шагах от Сан Карло. Я всем осталась довольна, было тихо, чисто, комфортно, всё хорошо работало, включая кондиционер. Номер приятный, спалось хорошо. В номере чайник, чай в пакетиках, сахар и в холодильнике бутылка воды. Кухня в номере для проформы, хотя газ есть, но из посуды только две чашки с блюдцами, три вилки, кофейная ложечка и столовый нож. Окна моего номера выходили во внутренний хозяйственный двор, не как на фото, не в галерею. Но мне не принципиально. Как найти: от дальней от моря стороны площади у метро Муничипио повернуть налево на улицу, потом до перекрестка с улицей Санта Бриджида и сразу направо. На противоположной стороне будет дальний вход в галерею Витторио Эмануэле. Первая деревянная дверь справа от него - это вход в комнаты отеля, они на третьем этаже с лифтом. Но сначала нужно забрать ключи в другом отеле. Для этого войти в галерею, на перекрестке её внутреннего двора справа будет подъезд N83 за железной решеткой, он ближе к противоположному концу. Он есть на фото. На решетке написан код, дальше на 4 этаж на круглосуточный ресепшен. Завтраки именно там, я их брать не стала. Ключи при выселении оставляешь на ресепшене там, где номер, но там никого нет

В номере чисто, но мы просили 2 одеяла - на просьбу не среагировали. Завтрак - нельзя назвать завтраком, печеньки, сок и капсульный кофе, иногда 1 капсулу и 1 сок, иногда 2 на 2 гостей. Нет Утюга, это очень странно. Попросили оставить багаж, хозяйка сказала хорошо. По факту у нас за это просили 5 евро, но заранее об этом не предупредила.

Check-in process was a little complicated as I had to check in after 1 pm, when there is no staff present on site. Check-in is done through WhatsApp, where communication was complex and took a while. Location is good, but it is along the side of a busy road, so it gets very noisy, even in the middle of the night. Soundproofing is also poor, so you can clearly hear guests in neighbouring rooms. If you are bringing bulky luggage, be warned, as the path from the train station is very rocky and not paved, so it will be a challenge getting there. The rooms are located up a flight of stairs as well. It is not far from the city centre/touristy areas though, took me 45min walk max, but it will be extremely unpleasant if you walk with luggage. As many other reviewers noted, don't let the name fool you; there is absolutely no breakfast. Other than the lack of soundproofing and inconvenient to walk to the location, the place was fantastic, and I had a comfortable stay!
