"The staff were constantly cleaning the rooms and it was spotless! I loved the service here. They provide towels as well. The commute from airport is easy 20 mins walk. Each room had 6 beds. And they split it to men and women which was nice. Lovely amenities. Including hair dryer, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended."

TTingI like this hostel very much. The reception is very good and recommended me many routes to visit beautiful Naples. When they learned that I was going to Pompeii, the front desk also recommended routes to me. Their courtyard is the most beautiful courtyard of any hostel I have ever stayed in!

PPengguna Tetamu民宿在離海就隔了一條街的居民樓裏，有電梯，老闆很奈斯，會幫忙把行李提進房間。民宿附近很乾凈，早晚散步都很chill！和那不勒斯市中心的市容市貌形成鮮明對比emmm…果然是富人區。離地鐵站大概步行10-15分鐘，打車的話老闆也可以幫忙打，民宿附近餐館很多，吃飯很方便，有小超市葯店可以買各種補給，還有菜市場可以感受一點點煙火氣（不臟亂差的那種，菜市場拐角還有一家谷歌評分很高的小飯店，好吃又便宜！） 我們大概中午到的，提前和老闆確認過，所以房間已經收拾出來了，行李可以直接放在房間裏，沒有出現評論裏行李放在路邊的情況。早餐在樓下老闆的bar吃，可以選歐陸早餐或者美式早餐，如果沒記錯的話我們兩天都吃的歐陸早餐，麪包香香，搭配cappuccino就是完美的一天開始！ 就是房間和房型介紹裏寫的一樣大小，介意的話可以選擇大一點的房間。

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

PPengguna TetamuHotel location is brilliant if you want to be close to the Central Station to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Royal Palace, etc as this covered the main line, regional and Metro lines. Any concerns around the area being dodgy were soon dispelled as a Police car and soldiers were always close by. The Hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and staff friendly. The downsides were really around the restaurant. The evening meal menu was fussy and would not be suitable for families. That said, the location was great as there were lots of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast provided was fairly limited and even though an extra charge was applicable to porridge and other cooked foods, every time I asked for porridge, I was advised that 'it was not possible'. I believe that the hotel should not be charging for these extras, and they should provide what they include on their menus!

Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter. CChristutiWhat a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

SSvetlana ObermanЯ не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом районе Неаполя, и мне очень удобно расположение здания: 3 минуты до вокзала Порта Нолана и 10 минут от Наполи Чентрале. Рядом с объектом размещения несколько супермаркетов, один из них Eurospin с хорошим выбором продуктов и низкими ценами. Возле отеля есть остановки автобусов и трамвая. Отель - это помещение на 3-м этаже здания с несколькими комнатами и кухней. На кухне есть посуда, кофе машина, чайник. Несколько столиков, чтобы выпить кофе. Номера новые, с недавним ремонтом и милым дизайном. Хорошие удобные матрасы, приятные подушки, новое постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. В душе всегда есть горячая вода. В номере мини-холодильник, туалетный столик. Каждые 2 дня производится тщательная уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение банных принадлежностей. В нашем номере было 2 балкона с потрясающим видом на колокольню и порт. Учитывая, что стоимость размещения довольно низкая, я считаю, что это отличные условия прибывания с бонусов в виде потрясающего вида. Персонал отеля был весьма любезен и всегда оставался на связи, чтобы помочь нам как с заселением, так и со всеми другими возникающими вопросами. Мы продлили проживание в этом отеле еще на три дня.
