Hotel Napoli dengan Bar

來那不勒斯之前，一直被小紅書各種留下臟亂差、南意人RUDE的印象，但是這個酒店真的改變了我對那不勒斯的刻板印象。全部酒店人員，無論是開始接到我們的和善老闆，前台的特別善聊的大爺，餐廳的小哥哥小姐姐，都特別友好熱情，甚至有點超預期的熱情，看到你都會笑着。這個酒店應該是我本次歐洲三個旅行的MVP了，主要就是人員特別好。 再説説環境，是一個修道院，很有意思，房間乾淨衞生，餐廳坐裏面可以感受修道院中庭氛圍， 坐外面可以看到海，晚上在餐廳喝點酒，安全感也強，喝了就可以睡覺。 總的來説，那不勒斯的車站、市中心説實話確實有點臟亂差，但是這個hotel，真的給人感覺特別好。PS: boss大爺真的很有範。 Before coming to Naples, I had been bombarded with negative impressions on social media platforms like Xiaohongshu （Little Red Book）, with its portrayal of the city as dirty, chaotic, and overly rudimentary. However, this hotel truly changed my preconceived notions of Naples. All the hotel staff, from the kind owner who greeted us, to the exceptionally chatty gentleman at the front desk, and the young men and women in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and welcoming—even more so than expected. They smiled at you the moment they saw you. This hotel was definitely the MVP of my three trips in Europe, mainly because of the exceptionally kind staff. As for the environment, it's located in a monastery, which was quite interesting. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and sitting inside the restaurant allowed you to experience the atmosphere of the monastery's courtyard. Sitting outside offered sea views, and having a drink in the restaurant at night felt very safe; you could even fall asleep after a drink. Overall, while the train station and city center of Naples are admittedly a bit dirty and chaotic, this hotel truly gave me a wonderful feeling. PS: The owner was really stylish.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

This hostel is in a perfect, quiet spot right near the metro and bus. The staff is super friendly and helped me plan my trip to Vesuvius! Free breakfast and secure lockers are a huge plus. They also host a 5€ aperitivo dinner with snacks which is a great way to meet people. The bathrooms are plentiful and clean. Just a heads-up: towels cost an extra 3€, which wasn't in the original description. Had a great stay in the mixed dorm with no issues at all!

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом районе Неаполя, и мне очень удобно расположение здания: 3 минуты до вокзала Порта Нолана и 10 минут от Наполи Чентрале. Рядом с объектом размещения несколько супермаркетов, один из них Eurospin с хорошим выбором продуктов и низкими ценами. Возле отеля есть остановки автобусов и трамвая. Отель - это помещение на 3-м этаже здания с несколькими комнатами и кухней. На кухне есть посуда, кофе машина, чайник. Несколько столиков, чтобы выпить кофе. Номера новые, с недавним ремонтом и милым дизайном. Хорошие удобные матрасы, приятные подушки, новое постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. В душе всегда есть горячая вода. В номере мини-холодильник, туалетный столик. Каждые 2 дня производится тщательная уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение банных принадлежностей. В нашем номере было 2 балкона с потрясающим видом на колокольню и порт. Учитывая, что стоимость размещения довольно низкая, я считаю, что это отличные условия прибывания с бонусов в виде потрясающего вида. Персонал отеля был весьма любезен и всегда оставался на связи, чтобы помочь нам как с заселением, так и со всеми другими возникающими вопросами. Мы продлили проживание в этом отеле еще на три дня.

I stayed in a completely new and spotlessly clean room—not far from Naples Central Station. The bed was very comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. My room faced a busy street, so it could get a little noisy at times, but that’s something to keep in mind depending on your preferences. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a solid choice for a short stay in Naples.

Could have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay! Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0. NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level  -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures. The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0. From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too. There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too. I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

Hotel is located near to metro station and train station.Easy to travel in Napoli city and out skirt with train.Room is ok with beautiful decoration.they do provide hairdryer and TV.Breakfast is delicious but not much choices.A lot of good pizza and pasta restaurant nearby.check in and out is fast.

Вы атрымаеце тое што напісана у апісанні. Гатэль стаіць на бруднай вуліцы, від з акна не лепшы. Але унутры ўсё не так кепска. Даволі чыста, персанал ветлівы, інтэрнэт працуе. Шкада што нема ніякай мікрахвалеўкі ці хаця б чайніка . Як для мяне то матрац быў занадта мяккім і ранкам была трохі шумна. Замок на дзвярах крыху заядаў. Асаблівых заўваг да гатэлю нема, калі вы не плануеце там доўга жыць. На пару дней нармальна.

Walk using the main street is easier. Just next to Hotel Colombo which is easier to identify than the hotel Casablanca sign (which shows a logo you might not be able to recognise). Good breakfast variety.
