Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

I like this hostel very much. The reception is very good and recommended me many routes to visit beautiful Naples. When they learned that I was going to Pompeii, the front desk also recommended routes to me. Their courtyard is the most beautiful courtyard of any hostel I have ever stayed in!

We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!

Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом районе Неаполя, и мне очень удобно расположение здания: 3 минуты до вокзала Порта Нолана и 10 минут от Наполи Чентрале. Рядом с объектом размещения несколько супермаркетов, один из них Eurospin с хорошим выбором продуктов и низкими ценами. Возле отеля есть остановки автобусов и трамвая. Отель - это помещение на 3-м этаже здания с несколькими комнатами и кухней. На кухне есть посуда, кофе машина, чайник. Несколько столиков, чтобы выпить кофе. Номера новые, с недавним ремонтом и милым дизайном. Хорошие удобные матрасы, приятные подушки, новое постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. В душе всегда есть горячая вода. В номере мини-холодильник, туалетный столик. Каждые 2 дня производится тщательная уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение банных принадлежностей. В нашем номере было 2 балкона с потрясающим видом на колокольню и порт. Учитывая, что стоимость размещения довольно низкая, я считаю, что это отличные условия прибывания с бонусов в виде потрясающего вида. Персонал отеля был весьма любезен и всегда оставался на связи, чтобы помочь нам как с заселением, так и со всеми другими возникающими вопросами. Мы продлили проживание в этом отеле еще на три дня.

What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Отличный отель. Рекомендую. Ещё до заезда, со мной связались и предоставили все инструкции по заселению (всё крайне просто), ответили на все интересующие вопросы. Найти отель оказалось легко, главное читать вывески. Сам номер светлый, чистый, просторный. В номере хорошо, в жару он был островком спасения. Есть довольно тихий кондиционер. У меня не были включены завтраки, но предоставлялись снеки, сок, молоко. Также был чай и кофе. Соответственно, холодильник, кофемашина, чайник. Уборка в номере проводилась каждый день. На окнах - москитные сетки и роллеты. Имейте ввиду, если окна выходят на город, то довольно шумно. У меня проблем со сном нет, поэтому мне это не мешало. В ванной комнате также есть всё необходимое: шампунь, мыло, полотенца, фен. Напор воды хороший, тропический душ и съёмная лейка. Перебоев с водой не было. В доме есть лифт! Прямо через дорогу небольшой продуктовый магазин и рядом есть несколько. Также есть несколько кафе. Отличное расположение: - до исторического центра несколько минут пешком. - до вокзала около 15-20 минут пешком - до аэропорта 20 минут на такси. - до набережной 30-40 минут пешком Спасибо за гостеприимство:)

I use this hotel frequently for business trips, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, the rates are excellent compared to the quality, and the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. I am very pleased with my stay and will surely book again.

Hotel is located near to metro station and train station.Easy to travel in Napoli city and out skirt with train.Room is ok with beautiful decoration.they do provide hairdryer and TV.Breakfast is delicious but not much choices.A lot of good pizza and pasta restaurant nearby.check in and out is fast.

Walk using the main street is easier. Just next to Hotel Colombo which is easier to identify than the hotel Casablanca sign (which shows a logo you might not be able to recognise). Good breakfast variety.

場所はナポリ中央駅からすぐです。ただ昼でも治安が悪く見えるので女一人で来ましたが最初は少し怖かったです。でも周りに常に警察がいるので良かったです。スーパーマーケットはナポリ中央駅のバスターミナル側の方に行くとあり、値段も平均的なのでおすすめです。ホテルのアメニティはタオル、トイレットペーパー、石鹸、シャンプー1回分のみです。それ以外の冷蔵庫やコップ、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーもないので全て持参してください。シャワーカーテンもないですし、バスマットもないのでシャワーを浴びると周りが濡れます。ナポリ中央駅が近く、安いので、ホテル重視ではなく立地重視の方にはオススメです。ホテルに戻った時にリラックスしたい方や数日間の滞在はお勧めしません。1泊や2泊なら良いと思います。観光とリラックスもしたい方は港近くのホテルなどで探すと良いかもしれません。フロントの方々は皆優しくてとても親切でした。私は安心してホテルに帰ってこれました。 部屋の清潔感はあり壁やテーブルなども張り替えているようで、綺麗でした。エアコンもしっかり効きます。少しホテル自体がカビ臭いので、せめて芳香剤をあちこちに置いた方が良いかもしれません。 夜はホテルでリラックスしたい方はナポリ中央駅から直結でメトロがあるのでメトロでナポリ中央駅から少し離れた駅のホテルが良いかもしれません。
