We loved our stay here! It’s a very well designed hotel, with a special history and lots of unique touches throughout. Our room overlooked the river, and had all the usual things you expect from a nice hotel plus some excellent artworks. The only thing to note is that even though this is a spa hotel, the spa isn’t included in the hotel rate- we hadn’t realised that that needed to be booked separately. There were no issues fitting us in though!

We very much enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. We were a family of 3 and shared a room. The staff were very welcoming and efficient on the front desk when we checked in. Once in the room we were very pleasantly surprised to see how good the pull out bed was for my eldest son. In fact it was a double sofa bed. It was very sturdy and had a very decent mattress on it ( unlike other top rated hotels we have stayed at ). The room was clean and had everything you might need , including iron and ironing board as standard. Breakfast was a tasty affair and staff were constantly replenishing items as they ran down. All staff very friendly and overall a great stay for a super price. Will definitely stay here again when we are visiting family again.

Great staff and lovely comfy room with nice extra amenities for my All Accor level. Breakfast also great. Couple of issues- ( very old) safe in room did not work. Also nail clippings on carpet! Hermis from front desk did a brilliant job of emergency hovering. Mehar also kindly gave me a late check out.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights commencing 25 Aug. The hotel was only 5 minutes from the M1, couldn’t have been more convenient. There was ample car parking space. The staff were lovely, really helpful. We had a quiet room, very large and well appointed. We ate in the restaurant both nights, the food was perfectly ok. We shared a pizza on our second night, nobody raised any objection to that. There is lots to do in the surrounding area, including Althorp, where Princess Diana was buried. At £126 per night, B&B, we thought it was outstanding value for money. We would certainly stay there again.

門口風景很漂亮，有河有公園有大鵝有花有草地。樓下吃飯也方便，顧客很多，人聲鼎沸。一樓全部是餐廳，外麪還放了好多張桌子。但就壞在樓下吃飯方便生意好這一點。晚上8點多，因為時差原因想早睡，頭卻一直嗡嗡響，頭痛崩潰，特別躺到床上。感覺是某種機器的聲音，我以為是鮮風系統。到走廊，發現整條走廊都是這種更大的聲音。知道換房都一樣效果，但抵不住攜程小姐姐的熱情建議，下去找前台了。人家說是廚房設備。呵！衹能說這房子的結構有問題，共振如此明顯。這是讓人最好在房間站着的節奏呀。前台說10點多廚房就會停。沒辦法，去它樓下餐廳喝一杯雞尾酒，熬到10點多才上去睡覺。以後定酒店，對於這種一樓有大規模餐廳的要謹慎選擇了。

Very few staff serving which impacts on customers. Prices have slightly risen which is understandable but the portions are smaller and food quality not as good. Chips today were warm and not as they should be but the burger was amazing. This pub needs to sort itself out and I blame the management as their running the pub, so sort your staffing out and food delivery. I could clearly see the pub is not as busy and thriving as it used to be, this is not down to covid anymore but poor management. This used to be such a popular pub.

Surprise 30th birthday celebration We had a private room for a meal with family and friends, the food drinks and service was outstanding, the food was delivered in a timely manner very efficient delicious food and big portions the drinks service was also excellent all the staff were amazing the manager Chris, events team Kinga and Maier and all the waiting staff especially our waitress for the evening Jada went above and beyond to make it a truly great memorable evening A massive thank you to you all
