離開英國的最後一晚為了做檢測住在這裏！典型的英式家庭旅館，衞生一般，這個房型床很小，床品也一般，臨時湊合一晚是ok的😂😂😂不過我覺得除非特殊情況中國人不會住到這裏來吧，住市中心不香麼😂😂😂

This Hotel was dreadful, our treatment there was terrible. We were given a room which we paid £110 for, which stunk of sewage. We made the Duty Manager aware within 10 minutes that we were not happy with the room only to be told he couldn't smell anything! He said he would look into it so we went for something to eat at the local public house, when we came back we went back in and it still smelt. He even said we were about 2 metres away from the stench pipe in that room. So I am assuming that is where the smell of urine and excrement. We came straight down told him and he said there were no other rooms, so we had no alternatively but to leave. We asked for a refund to which he replied "we would have to go through ***********" We went to them and they said we had to contact the Hotel, we did that and they have said we cannot have a refund even though the room was unsuitable. The decor of the room was terrible, the wallpaper had a big patch missing.. I wish I had taken photos but to be honest I couldn't get out of the room quick enough We have tried to deal with this with the Owner but are getting no where at all. Disappointed is an understatement. We would NOT RECOMMEND IT
