This is a higher end hotel of the Home Inn franchise. The equipments are all quite new. Its location is convenient enough: not right next to any major shopping mall or tourist attractions, but there are plenty of good restaurants literally next door, like lamb hot pot, traditional Beijing food, and inner Mongolian food. The best is its bedding: the mattress, comforter, and pillows are the best among all the hotels I have been to in China. The receptionists were very nice: like they lent me some packaging tape, and allowed me to check out later than the normal deadline. The only not perfect item is that it's not very close to any subway station: there are three close by ones, all over 1km though. However, if you're a foreigner without a Chinese ID card, to take subway may not be what you should do anyway.

5.3號過去的 在酒店入住的 環境非常好 乾淨整潔 酒店門口有個大停車場 比較方便 坐公交也方便就在酒店門口 我出門一般打車 打車到景點也就30左右 堵車要30多 定的房型應該是1.2樓 給前台説了下 想要2樓以上的 服務很到位 立馬給升級房間了 安排在8樓 住了兩天 非常好👍

這次在北京待了四晚，全部訂的喆啡酒店。總體算滿意。特別表揚前台小姐姐和7.19日當班的阿姨。尤其是阿姨，待人熱情，服務温馨，讓人賓至如歸。在門外忙活的阿姨，看到長者和孩子立刻上前拿東西，房間收拾得利索，把我們放在床上的衣服摺疊整齊。孩子吃雪糕時不小心掉在地毯上一片巧克力外皮，阿姨温柔提醒後説“沒事，我來收拾！”這些小細節是讓我給三個5分的依據。
早餐不建議在酒店吃，體驗感非常差！！1）7-9點開餐，早一點不行，8點半已經沒飯了。2）食堂管餐的大叔可是真厲害！我媽年齡大了，拿完夾子忘記放回去，大聲又不耐煩吆喝“你把這個夾子拿過來幹什麼？！”把我媽嚇了一跳。我們需要早出發，已經説好帶出早餐吃，也給了袋子，車沒來，長者和孩子就在坐下吃了起來，大叔説“吃了不能拿走！”我們明明有兩個人沒吃飯，收拾餐盤的時候竟然連問一句也沒有，收走了我的袋子！！張口閉口老闆規定，我想問，老闆規定不讓客人吃飽飯？！3）早晨雞蛋不熟。更讓人受不了的是，有一位客人沒吃完的一個麻球竟然放回取餐盤子裏！太噁心了！這三天的早餐體驗，大叔全程在刷視頻，而且聲音不小。

The hotel was very good. On the arrival day I got help from a female receptionist she was really good. She explained everything to me in English and helped me when I needed help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was properly assisted. On the second day there was also another female receptionist who was also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Spent 3 nights at Hejia. Though with limited Mandarin, Ms Guo CaiXia checked us in and found us a non smoking room as the first has a smoke smell. Ms Guo was very patient in working with my poor Mandarin and explained every thing to me. Very patient, respectful and kind. Thank you ms Guo.
The room is huge and clean. Has all one needs for a comfortable night sleep. Water pressure could be stronger but the hot water was hot! 5 minutes walk to a huge market for fruits, drinks etc. 3 minutes walk to food and 10 to a Luckin coffee. Bus stops in front of hotel, can take bus to temple of heaven,..122 directly to Beijing train west

Easy to get DiDi into centrum and a nice hot pot restaurant right next to the hotel.
Only thing is if you want to see where on the map or didi, the name is not true go hotel but Qiuguo hotel.

The hotel is clean a nice. The location near train station is good. But the staff is not properly trained. They had no idea that Spanish visitors don’t need VISA despite it was announced by China a year ago, so they keep stuck with the passport in hand like half an hour with troubles… They also didn’t put correct our info in the system because we tried to use the Wifi and following the hotel instructions but didn’t work.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe really enjoyed our stay at Manxin Hotel. The room was very clean, although we did not need much help from the staff, everyone was very friendly and kind.
The location is amazing - walking distance to the center attractions (Forbidden City, National Museum, Tiananmen Square). Everything else you can reach by using Metro. The station is located within walking distance from the hotel. There are loads of food and shopping options at Wangfujing street, there is a food market at the metro station, as well as Beijing apm mall which we used a lot for food.
Great value, amazing location, we will be coming back!

JJulian PeensThis is a beautiful hotel situated in the mountainous region of Beijing. The surroundings and view from the hotel are breathtaking at sunset and weather was extremely good during our stay.
STAFF
The staff were amount the most helpful and friendly that I have encountered in China thus far and I have been here more than five years and traveled to many destinations. They do not speak English but are very ready to use a translation APP or WeChat to communicate. The staff are very accommodating and even took special requests regarding the menu.
FOOD
The food was very well prepared and tasted delicious. Their menu unfortunately does not have pictures and the translations may be tricky if you are not particularly familiar with Chinese cuisine. Nevertheless, the food that we at was fresh, tasty and of high quality. We were able to BBQ by ourselves by reserving it a day in advance. The staff will also help you BBQ if needed.
LOCATION
The hotel is situated far from the city and a sense of comfort can be experienced knowing that you have left the hustle and bustle of the city behind. However, make sure all amenities and personal effects that you may need are with you as you cannot get same day delivery services. There were some construction vehicles which made noise occasionally in the area but I would suspect this is temporary and will soon pass.
ROOM
The rooms are beautiful and we experiences no dysfunctional amenities in the bedroom. The linen on the beds were crisp and clean, the room was clean upon arrival and daily cleaning is offered. Overall cleanliness was very good. The washroom area is stocked with a loofa, toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, razor, hand towels, cups and reasonable space for personal toiletries too.
POOL AREA
The outdoor patio looks out onto the pool. The water was well maintained and some pool toys were provided by the hotel. The pool area could use some maintenance, for example, around the stairs there are a couple loose tiles on the stair face and some ****ing around the footpath could be done. Other than this, the environment is completely mesmerising and leaves one completely relaxed. Calming music is played throughout the day at a low volume. At night, this area is well lit and the scenery beautiful.
BAR
The bar is well stocked with spirits but a slightly wider variety and maybe the addition of a drinks menu would definitely improve this.
ROOFTOP
The hotel has a rooftop deck perfect for sundowners and viewing the surrounding mountains. Tables and chairs are provided on the rooftop.

DdyhxMy first Orange Hotel stay and it's exceeded my expectations. Being a local chain known for its budget style, I was imagining Ibis type but it turned out much better. The hotel looks old from the outside but this being a newly opened one, everything inside looked clean and modern. Smart lifts where my room level is automatically detected once the card is scanned. I got a smart room that's controlled by Xiao Du小度 (their equivalent of Siri / Alexa). I had fun commanding Xiao Du to adjust the aircon temperature and switching on/off the TV, lights and even the curtains. They also have a food delivery robot and provide free self service laundry facilities. There's a small gym here which I didn't use. The room is a little small for 2 pax but more than comfortable for 1. The standing shower and toilet is separated and both of good size. The bed is firm and pillows comfy. Bottled water, mini fridge, tea bags are provided. Basic shower amenities are also provided, along with a pack of disposable toothbrush and comb at check in. I like the open wardrobe concept and they provide many hangers here including the clip ones. It's a rather basic hotel in general but certainly value for money. There are also quite some eateries along the street just a few mins walk from the hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I visit.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

CChong Siew ShinIs a very nice hotel to stay just a bit smaller but still can stay. Very friendly customer service even we want to take a taxi we have no app to order taxi the customer service help us to go out to the main road and help us stop a taxi and get us to airport. When ask them to help they also manage to help.

PPengguna TetamuThis place is super convenient for family traveling with elderly and also toddler. It is well-equipped with washing and drying machine for laundry. The cooking hob & knob are provided too but there was no pots and pans provided in the unit for cooking. I didnt find out further if we are allowed to cook inside the unit but when i went to level B1 for coffees (free!) i saw there was anoher kitchen which is bigger that has pans and pots (but very limited, I only saw 1 pan). The plates provided in the unit are only 3 plates without any bowls, which is quite restricted when we dine in the unit by ordering food delivery. However, we managed it by using the food containers from our delivery. We did not approach the front desk to ask for more plates and bowls though. So i am not sure if they can provide.
The front receptionist who work during night time during our stay is more warm and friendly than the rest. There was a morning shift staff whom I have not met, but heard from my family, that she gave a cute keychain to my kid, which i feel is a very lovely gesture.
Having read that some taxis refused to drive into the hutong due to its small and narrow road has caused me concerns when i did the booking, but fortunately all the taxis we got managed to wait for us right outside our apartment. Meaning that all are willing to drive in.
There are bicycle returning spots right outside the apartment which makes it so convenient for us to return the bicycles we rented using the online platform.
Outside the hutong, there are shops like eateries which make it very convenient for us. We even took our brunch at ”men ji mi fan” which serves very good ”mi xian”(noodles) that i was looking forward to when i am visiting Beijing.
My kid and elderly mum really enjoyed the stay in the apartment. They even enjoy chatting with the lady who cleans our apartment as she is really friendly and warm. There are 2 bathrooms in our 2-bed unit which again makes it super convenient for us during our stay. My kid loves the apartment as if its her second home.
We like the coffee provided free at B1 as the fragrant is really as good as those at coffee shops. We visited B1 entertainment room for a few times and chill there for a short while. There is a pool table and a gym room right next to it.
The stay is very peaceful and quiet throughout our 1 week stay. Reception and security guard are there 24 hours. There is even a postage room that keeps all our online shopping parcels which makes it very convenient to shop.
I gave only 4/5 for facilities due to shortage of cooking utensils/bowls in our unit. But other than that, there is nothing else that is short of our expectations.

NNomuna BeLobby staff needs to improve. They should learn to smile more. Servers in the restaurants learn to shut up when guests are nearby! They talk about guests a lot. Need to improve their manner. Did not feel great they were chit chatting about guests.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAircon didn't work, have to suffer in a stuffy environment for 3 days. Was told that the aircon system broke down for awhile and they didn't fix it. No daily clean up service provided, items in the room were not changed although cleaning was provided. No solution to the problem was provided by the hotel, had to do everything by yourself. Location was good 3 mins from the subway although entering the street can be troublesome as there is a security counter at the entrance of street and had to use passport to enter.
